Als wir vor Ort ankamen war niemand da, erst auf Telefonischer Nachfrage kam jemand vorbei um uns die Tür zu öffnen. Im Zimmer und vor allem im Badezimmer roch es stark nach Schimmel, was den ersten Eindruck nicht gerade verbesserte. Das Zimmer war mit zwei Eingangstüren ausgestattet, beide waren schwierig komplett zu verschliessen und so war es in der Nacht sehr hell im Zimmer. Dazu kam noch, dass die anderen Gäste im Hostel bis ca. 3 Uhr Morgens eine Party gefeiert haben und da das Haus so hellhörig ist, hatten wir das Gefühl diese findet bei uns im Zimmer statt. Das schlimmste aber war das unbequeme Bett! Ich denke mit einem Handtuch auf dem Boden hätten wir besser geschlafen. Eigentlich hatten wir zwei Nächte dort gebucht, aber nach dieser Horrornacht wollten wir nur noch weg. Als wir der Dame an der Rezeption erklären wollten das die Nacht furchtbar war, ignorierte sie uns einfach und auf die Frage ob sie mich nicht versteht antwortete sie aber mit nein. Sie wollte wohl einfach nicht mit mir diskutieren. Alles in allem war es das schlimmste Zimmer welches wir je gebucht haben - nie wieder!!!

I stay around 12 days. It's good for reasonable prices. But I can't give more stars/ratings because of #wifi problem. #washroom wet floor. #the bed sheet was ugly. And they will change your bed sheet after 10 days. (Seriously). #Night time too much taking the sound from the corridor. #Early morning to many machines sounds. #In the night time there is no service. #Hostel pillow is the worst ever. #kichen close after 22.00. How there are lots of people staying everyone is waiting to be the next user for kitchen. It's horrific.

It was the worse hostel i have ever been at. The bathroom, kitchen and room was in a bad condition. In the kitchen there were No glasses, forks and knifes, old fryingpan without tefal.:/ the bed gives noises every time i turn to other side.. the light from the hall woke me up (it turn on when somebody went to the hostel). The whole hostel didnt smell good. I dont recomend it i didnt sleep at all..

Not all bad. The beds are not the most comfortable ones, the bathroom isn't the cleanest one, but the kitchen is OK, the location is ok for what I wanted in lisbon and the price was fine. It's close to green street and markets as continente and pingo doce. Could be better of course.

Staff were lovely and patient. Rooms are very basic yet great for hostel/travelling purposes. Bed/mattress/pillow quality is low yet again for the price it's not bad at all. Bathroom facilities are the same. It's a quiet hostel with perfect situation in the city. Really enjoyed our stay, recommended for sure!

The room's doors were broken and you can literally see through them to the room itself. The bed was really uncomfortable with dirty stains all over the bed sheets. The only good thing about the place is the price - but next time, even for higher price, we would go elsewhere.

Funcionários excelente , mas o hostel precisa de segurança , sempre tem uns hóspedes que dão trabalho e arruma confusão e não tem ninguém para segurança dos demais hóspedes .

Pouco cuidado. Cheira a mofo em alguns quartos, camas estragadas por arranjar . É realmente um preço barato por noite mas acho preferível pagar mais. O pior foi tentar resolver ao telefone uma questão com o dono e ele ser mal criado e gritar sem razão nenhuma... não deveria trabalhar na área de hospitalidade....

Tive de dar uma estrela porque é o mínimo possível de cotação. Foi a pior noite que alguma vez passei fora de casa. Dormir num banco de jardim seria mais confortável, limpo e definitivamente calmo. Mau atendimento, mau cheiro e condições de habitabilidade, hóspedes marginais e selvagens que não respeitam o espaço de cada um e as horas mínimas de recolher. Só não faço queixa e peço o dinheiro de volta porque já vi, por comentários anteriores, que não vale a pena. Não recomendo de todo, o preço barato não compensa e a dor de cabeça muito menos.

Hate it, is small, on the pics looks better and bigger, i lost €350 because didn't had any conditions to stay there, really hate it, never again 8'm very disappointed.

The service was actually really nice. We got a clean room- in which we locked ourselves in so the stuff had to help us out (they did) - and there was enough clean bathrooms. The only obscure thing was our mattress that was wrapped in it original plastic bag so it made weird noises. Other then that it was really good experience (for one night stay).

This is a hostel where i would have to put a warning on. BUYER BEWARE. As a travel agent I like to read the reviews and get people feed back on the property from rooms,staff,location,cleanness. i booked people into this hostel for the WYD only to have it cancelled and the hostel keeping the money..Management will not take any calls or answer emails..The one time i did get through the gentleman was rude and was not willing to talk to me...I will not recommend this property to anyone .. It is to bad that there is not a negative rating because they would fit in that category.
