Oktober 2023 Superior Appartment Das App. ist groß und sauber. Betten sind gut und die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Leider ist das Bad wirklich sehr, sehr klein. Die Dachterasse ist geräumig mit schönem Blick über Alfama bis zum Tejo. Lage ist prima Altstadt , Castelo zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Haltestelle Tram 28 gleich um die Ecke. Nachts doch laut durch die Tram und tägl. gegen Mitternacht werden die Mülltonnen mit viel getöse geleert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter katastrophal. Im Hostel können Koffer bis zum Check in um 15:00 untergestellt werden wurde uns auf Anfrage vor Reiseantritt mitgeteilt. Leider befinden sich Hostel und App. nicht an gleicher Adresse was nicht erwähnt wurde. Zu Fuß 20 Min. vom App. entfernt wie uns eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin tel. mitteilte. Check in Code erst auf tel. Nachfrage um 15.30 per Mail bekommen. In der Mail stand es gäbe 2 Safes Nr 3 und Nr. 12 in diesem befände sich unser Schlüssel. Es gab aber nur Safe Nr.3 dieser enthielt dann auch besagten Schlüssel. Fazit das Appartment ist sehr schön und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Der Kontakt mit der Dame im Hostel unschön und hier sehr gekürzt beschrieben ihr Kollege hingegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The place was really small. The bathroom is even smaller. I'm 5'6" and the sink was in my chest and the pipes on top of my knee when sitting on the toilet. The shower pressure was great however confusing because there were hot/cold knobs up above your head. They don't do anything. You control the temp with the knob that turns it on. The rooms were small however the beds were comfortable enough. I wouldn't have any of my kids here if they were younger than eight. Safety wise to easy to open up terrace doors. The patio had a great view however none of the tables or benches were out. Most likely because it's November and it's raining. Kitchen was okay. Pots and pans were greasy and dirty. I always hand wash items before use anyway. I prefer making meals on my vacations due to food sensitivities so I would've preferred that the kitchen was cleaner and better set up but can understand why one wouldn't need it. Other than just small details that are just to give people a heads up because I would like to know what to expect. Everything was great. The location was amazing. Walkable to a lot. Beautiful and unique. You can jump on the 28E Tram right out front. Even better is to walk out and go right. Walk the tram line yourself for all the beautiful views and point of interest on the way down to the Arco da Rua Augusta. Food everywhere is delicious. Can't go wrong anywhere you go. Even the restaurants downstairs from the apartment were wonderful with views from the windows. It was confusing coming checking in so make sure you follow the pictures in the email because the pictures mark the spot, don't read the signs on the building. The safe was different number in the picture than on the actual safe. There is a number above the doors in the courtyard but it is not the apartment. You actually have to walk up the stairwell located to the corner left of the building. All in all it was a great introduction to Lisboa. The value of the place was decent and we will stay again.

My room was spacious and clean and had a gorgeous balcony with views of the water and Alfama. However the rest of the hostel was a bit grimy. The shared bathroom was tiny and never seemed clean, and the downstairs courtyard had a funky smell like something was rotting the whole time I was there.

It was great staying here, people are awesome and friendly here the rooms are clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is beautiful
