4.5 stars. Pros: The owners were great, very helpful. The location was perfect. Very nice to have a mini-kitchen for simple things. Nicely designed bathroom with good water pressure, good water temps. Cons: Very "hard" room with echos/sound carrying. We had a hard time telling where the (substantial) amount of noise was coming from -- it seemed to maybe be a suite above us? But also some street noise? Technically it's quiet hours at 10 pm but I think others did not follow that. The floor is cement and very hard if you have been walking around all day. Take slippers. A few area rugs would have been nice for tired feet and maybe helped some with noise.

Excellent location, 2 minutes to Metro Terreriro do Paço which means you can access it from the airport by Metro. 3rd floor apartment with lovely view of the esplanade and the river Tejo. It's at the core of everything: easy acess to Alfama, the cathedral and city centre within walking distance. Lots of resturants nearby but the apartment is very well insulated so it's very quiet. Kitchen with all the necessary things, microwave, fridge..etc. Large apartment with very cosy decoration. Comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and available all the time via whatsapp. A 10 in all respects-

Would highly recommend this hotel. The service was incredible. Huge rooms that were very clean. Vintage and well decorated. Full amenities in the room. Within the course of Lisbon. Ocean views. Close to subway/train/ferry. I would 100% stay here again.

I stayed for 5 nights at this wonderful apartment hotel in Lisbon. They have spacious, clean apartments apartments with kitchens (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine). The location is really convenient to explore Lisbon. The next metro station and the Praça do Comércio are just a couple of minutes away. Also, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts offered advice and help whenever needed. Although the front desk is only open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. you can reach them at any time by email. I will definetly come back next time.

Lovely place to stay prior to a cruise. Metro took us from the airport to a stop very close to the hostel. Reservations, payment & check-in/out was uncomplicated and ensured our safety. The accommodations were quite nice, the view over the courtyard and out to the water was amazing, the location was great for local stores, restaurants & bars. No noise from down below was heard in the room. Very close to cruise port (within walking distance). Highly recommend & would stay here again!

The room we were in was absolutely gorgeous and a stunning view of the ocean. The location was nice but can be a bit scary for first time guests late at night. Still beautiful and would stay here again.

This hotel is similar to an air bnb. You enter with a code given to you before check in. There is someone at reception desk from 10am-4pm I believe. We arrived early and was able to leave my bags at desk and go have breakfast until the room was ready. The place is located near the metro station, bus stop and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our room 1.1 was nice with kitchen with stove, sink, microwave and fridge, A balcony with obstructed view by a tree, but still nice. The room was quiet at night. Good for sleeping after long day of sight seeing. The shower had good hot water with good water pressure and a blow dryer. The A/C was good too, nice and cold. I only wish it had a iron in the room.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a base for our exploration of Lisbon. The room was very large and bright. The bed comfortable, with a small kitchenette, all the basics. The decor was pleasant although spare/minimalist which I liked because it was uncluttered and easy to keep clean and organized. Perhaps a comfortable armchair would be welcome, and definitely a better coffee maker! But otherwise it was great and I would stay here again. It is at the “bottom” of the city with a view of the Tagus river. It does mean that almost everything is a hike uphill but what isn’t here? FYI there is no street parking and I would not ever get a car again. The public transportation is so easy and Uber so cheap, that it was foolish of us to rent a car only to park it in a lot for 95% of the time.

I did not enjoy my stay here. Very claustrophobic. Ceiling height in suite 5 should not be legal. Disgusting mould EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Had to take two lifts to get to our floor. Would not recommend this place.

Quaint vintage rooms with lots of space and all the necessary comforts. Great location with delicious restaurants just steps away. Private with great views of the community courtyard below and the water just a few blocks away

Super convenient location for exploring Al Falna district, wandering uphill to the castle and a direct shot back to the airport in the morning. And super clean!

Stayed there 3 nights. Loved the room although the promised sea view wasn’t there as the view is restricted from the first floor. The service from the staff is 5/5. Very friendly very helpful. We were supposed to get out the hotel at 11 but because we had our baby with us we were given few extra hours to stay in the hotel free of charge. The fact that they went out the way to provide us a room last minute for few hours was amazing. Top service. I would recommend for sure. Thanks Mohammed

Wonderful appartments with kitchen, unbeatably located, many shops and restaurants around. Very kind and helpful owners. Personal touch. Everything is in walking distance. We would definetely stay again and recommend to stay there.

Great location. Great condo. Full kitchen with Kettle, microwave, stove top, tea and coffee. Water in fridge. Fridge and freezer. Hot water (very hot!) And good air-conditioning!

Very good spacious rooms but one complaint is no air conditioning! EDIT: Hotel says they have Air Conditioning but I guess I missed it... It's very close to the subway stop, so take the 30 min ride and save yourself 15 Euros.

Fantastic location, plaza and river views from the bedroom window, walkable to everything. So many good restaurants around. Easy walk to train stations for Cascais and Sintra. Room is huge, clean, fully stocked. Check in was super easy, friendly and they can keep in touch on WhatsApp for anything you need. Better price, better location, and a better experience than any hotel in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend staying at Emporium Lisbon Suites during a trip to Lisbon. The location can't be beat and the rooms are super comfortable. The staff was helpful and highly responsive throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps from Blue Street, which is home to tons of great bars and restaurants.

Really nice, large apartment. Good size bathroom. It has a kitchenette but the fridge was a bit noisy because it's in the same room, so we had to unplug it. It had good air conditioning. Good central location.

Nice location. Decent rooms. It's like an apartment hotel but is offers housekeeping every day.

Great location. Close to lots of good restaurants. Large suite, comfortable bed, kitchenette, safe and plenty of towels. Weather when I visited was 40-42 C, so air conditioning was a must, no problems at all. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed in 3 apartments in Lisbon and Porto during our 10 day trip, this one by far is the best. First, the place is located in a real prime location with shops, restaurants and attractions within a very short walk. Second, the Apt unit is large, clean and updated. Third, the check in process is super easy and actually works the first time. On top of all that, we could see the ocean from our unit and that’s cool. Highly recommended.
