The hotel was very cleaned and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was bigger than I was expecting. The hotel is located in a perfect location. Several shops and restaurants nearby. Also, the metro station is really close to the hotel. The only disappointment was the breakfast - not much to offer, and variety selection was limited. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here in the future.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Mit der Metro ist man schnell an den wichtigsten Touristenaktionen, allerdings ist es zu weit um zu laufen. Der Flughafen ist mit der Metro auch unkompliziert zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sauber und recht modern, allerdings war unser Zimmer winzig. Wir hatten einen Balkon, den wir allerdings mangels Möbel und wegen der lauten Straße nicht genutzt haben. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man kaum um das Bett herumgehen konnte. Selbst der Schreibtischstuhl stand seitlich am Schreibtisch. Ordentlich daran sitzen könnte man nicht. Eine Kofferablage gab es nicht. Nachdem wir unsere beiden Koffer auf den Boden gelegt haben, war der Raum quasi voll. Zum Übernachten gut (die Betten sind sehr bequem und man hat eine ordentliche Decke), allerdings für viele Tage einfach zu klein. Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut. Nichts Besonderes, aber die klassische Auswahl war vorhanden.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche hier verbracht. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Das Bad war ebenfalls klein, allerdings war die Dusche wirklich klasse. Das Frühstück wurde immer frisch aufgelegt und wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hat immer gerne geholfen. Die Lage ist nur wenige Kilometer vom Airport LIS entfernt und ist sehr Zentral. Im 7. Stock haben wir kaum Verkehrslärm gehört, nur eben die heulenden Rettungsdienste - die allerdings ständig herumheulten, aber das war auszuhalten. Kurz: Für einen Städtetrip ein gutes Hotel. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen.

The hotel was close to bus stop and metro station and not too far from city centre with metro. But the room was filled with black mold near windows and bed was sagging in the middle, bathroom especially shower area was dated and with mold. Breakfast is decent, but the juice was more like colored sugar water. Definitely needs improvement.

The rooms were clean and the mattress new. I slept really well, which is not usually the case, if I am sleeping in a different bed. The breakfast was full of traditional pastries of Portugal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time I am in Lisbon I will for sure book it again.

Just saty one night and was very good stay, with a delicious breakfast that so far was the best pastel de nata eaten in Lisboa and a courteous front desk.

A good budget friendly hotel, rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast is great, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Close to the metro and bus stations, next to a super market. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

I’m actually here right now and while the location is good and everything is clean (exactly what I’d expect from a 3 star hotel), I have no accessible wifi in my room - like it doesn’t work because I’m at the end of the hall. When I went down earlier to let them know, no solution was offered (like switching rooms). Instead, I basically just had to use the lobby which is pretty inconvenient given wanting privacy. Also, it is very loud for the outside rooms that face the major street. You will absolutely hear road traffic which is a shame because I have a nice balcony but can’t keep it open because it would be even worse. With the amount of other properties nearby and the unresolved wifi situation, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Visited end of July. Hotel in great location, close to airport and metro. Easy to get around. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. Ask for help with tourist recommendations and how to get about. Also had 2 great suggestions of nearby places to eat. Will stay here again if we return to Lisbon. Great value for money too.

For the first time in staying in Lisbon the empire hotel is perfect for location the staff were very helpful as well I think the rooms need be freshened up a little but overall great stay and great hotel with little complaints.

Nice, clean hotel in a non-touristy residential area, next to Arroyos metro station. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area, and it is just a quick ride from the major attractions.

Recently renovated with decent size rooms n functional yet small bath room. Has small refrigerator but no tea or coffee. Good a/c n comfortable clean beds. Only issue was some traffic noise as Hotel fronts onto busy boulevard n near hospital as emergency vehicles regularly pass by. Hotel situated 25mins walk from town centre or 10mins by Metro which is less then 200mtrs from hotel. Breakfast was ok good selection cereals, juices, coffee machine though toaster was poor, n selection of hot food limited and scrambled eggs have seen better days. The receptionist Ruth was outstanding, so willing to assist with booking advice, day trips all with enthusiasm n s smile.

Outstanding hotel. Bearing in mind how are generally the prices of accommodation options in Lisbon, the price was accurate and decent - if of course you book the place in advance. What we really liked was the comfort of the bathroom concept, how clean the place was, the comfortable beds and the space of the small "living room". The staff was so kind with us, and they even offered us the storage room to save our luggage in our last day of staying there. Suggestable!

Very pleased with our stay here. Excellent service at Reception, extremely helpful. Good location for a Metro and for the city centre. We walked but convenient for those who want public transport.

Amazing location, supermarket is the next building to the Hotel, metro station Arrois nearby. You can quickly go the the centre and to the Airport . Stuff is amazing and always helped us when we asked. The number was new, clean and large. Very satisfied with my choice.

It is a nice hotel! Nothing too special but for a nice room during a short trip I can recommend it for sure! The employees here are again unbelievable nice! They are the main reason why I give five stars here!

Love the hotel, but beware of certain receptionists. Had our a/c messed with from the control panel at the front desk, so the receptionist could try to hookup with me as a guest. Great hotel, unprofessional staff.

They cancelled our reservation just as we landed in Lisbon about an hour before our arrival at the hotel. What a disgrace! On friday night we had to find another free hotel because Empire was closed. No simple message even a day before arrival, they knew they`re closed yet. NEVER book this hotel if you want to have a nice stay in Lisbon.

Friendly staff, what you'd expect from a three star hotel. Rooms were clean, had good air conditioning and were comfortable. Only downsides would be that we could hear lots of noise from the room above and that the breakfast (pre packed due to covid) was small.

Just back from a week at the Empire Hotel. A lovely stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ample and delicious. The room had a small balcony which was lovely for fresh air, but a little noisy with constant traffic. The bed was comfortable and clean. The proximity of the metro was a real bonus. Well done Empire!!

Very nice, helpful and kind staff. I saw a birthday card on my bed. I was very surprised. Thank you so much! The breakfast is good. Very very clean and good service. The coffee machine in the restaurant really needs to be replaced because the coffee is really not tasty. Neighbourhood is not the best one in Lisbon. Too much drugs and people who look at you all the time. Overal experience the hotel is amazing and I really liked the staff.

Brilliant hotel and lovely breakfast spread. It is very clean, with housekeeping refreshing up rooms on a daily basis. It’s unfortunate it is so far out from the city, but a quick walk and you’re in the underground!

When we arrived, we got seen to straight away. The staff at the reception desk were very kind. The room was very clean and the room got cleaned everyday. The hotel does have Wi-Fi but don't expect great speeds. Mobile reception was not a problem - worked well all the time. The hotel is also in a great location and not too far from the metro - just 2 mins walking. The breakfast could be better though.

Rooms are a bit small , not everything on the shower functions properly. The balcony had a nice view though! The staff is friendly. The breakfast ist alright although it tends to get too full around 930.

We spent five days at the Empire Lisbon Hotel and it was better than expected. But the breakfast wasn’t worth the money. We paid more to have breakfast included, but we believed that no one was being checked before breakfast.

I travelled here with 3 friends for 5 days. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. They are a bit on the small side but adequate. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The location of the hotel is not in the nicest area of Lisbon but it is next to the underground station where you can get a €1.50 24 hour travel card which is perfect for exploring the city. Jose and the other staff at the desk gave really good recommendations on places we could go. Thanks for a great stay. Would be an ideal hotel for a short stay in Lisbon
