I
stayed
at
the
NAU
Palacio
for
a
long
week-end
and
I
was
extremely
disappointed
with
the
service.
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
and
needed
to
work
from
my
room
for
a
few
hours.
I
tried
to
order
room
service
but
no
one
was
answering
the
phone
(this
happened
on
2
separate
days).
When
arriving
at
the
restaurant
which
was
empty
(no
guests),
there
were
4
staff
members
gathered
around
the
bar
counter
just
chit
chatting
away.
When
room
service
came
to
clean
my
room,
I
was
on
a
conference
call.
I
asked
if
they
could
come
back
later,
they
said
yes
and
never
came.
Towards
the
end
of
the
day
I
crossed
paths
with
a
cleaning
lady
and
asked
if
she
could
come
clean,
she
said
yes
but
never
showed
up.
This
is
not
the
level
of
service
I
expect
in
a
5
star
hotel.
The
location
is
far
from
the
city
but
the
facilities
are
very
nice
(indoor
pool
and
hammam
were
convenient
given
the
bad
weather
outside).
The
food
I
had
for
dinner
was
exceptional
-
my
compliments
to
the
chef.
That
said,
the
breakfast
buffet
is
lacking
in
"cohesion"
(for
lack
of
better
word).
Pancakes
are
on
the
menu
but
there
is
no
syrup,
no
nutella.
Plain
yogourt,
no
honey.
Oatmeal,
no
brown
sugar
or
syrup.
Just
small
details.
Finally,
the
staff
called
us
post
trip
to
charge
us
for
an
extra
night
when
we
had
already
checked
out
and
cleared
the
invoice
(extra
night
included
on
bill
already).
Unfortunately,
I
would
not
recommend
the
hotel.
