This was great hotel to stay in, especially for those coming for a longer stay in the city who might want a break from the hustle and bustle. The rooms, food, and staff were great and we felt looked after. My only suggestion would be slightly longer opening hours for the pool in the evening as it would be nice to be able to have a quiet rooftop drink before bed as 9pm is quite early and there are not a lot of bars or restaurants to visit nearby. Otherwise, no problems at all.

It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are like a small house. They have a full equipped kitchen, even with dishwasher. Sometimes they forget to refill the coffee or the dishwasher tabsoaps. Also the WC has a weird shower that splashes water across the WC door and such. But these are just small details. It's great.

It was awesome! Modern, luxury. My room was wow : right in front of Benfica stadium, during a soccer match! An apartment perfect for me (or for a couple), with kitchen with oven and fridge. There is a self service laundry in the basement. There is a restaurant where u can eat or order a take away or room service and where u can have breakfast. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop and parking lot underoround.

Room was very nice (probably our favorite during the trip). Great morning breakfast (lots of pastries, good scrambled eggs) Having a rooftop pool was nice to come back to after a day of walking in the city

Very impressive. Lots of room, nicely furnished and amazing service. 2 adults and 2 kids stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and we loved it. Very nice restaurant as well and good value for money.

Nice place for business stay. Stayed 3 days in Jan. Compact studio apartment with all the necessities and serviced daily. Well laid out place with a spacious bathroom. Clean and well maintained and located not too far from metro station Strangely, no microwave though there is a cook top and an oven! The closet space is a bit small without enough space to stash your bags or clothes neatly. Could have used some more room there. The breakfast buffet was the best part with plenty of options both hot and cold, prepared fresh and stocked frequently. Best coffee I've had outside of an actual cafe and fast and friendly service. Definitely the high point of my stay!

Good if you stay for a couple of days but closer to a 3-star service than a 4-star service if you’re staying for longer periods of time. Little things like coffee pads and dishwasher pods are not provided and sold for 1€ each at reception, although you can buy them much cheaper in the supermarket across the street. They only have self-service laundry and dryer machines which work only with coins and they can’t provide receipts for money spent there. No Netflix nor Prime Video apps available on the TVs in the studios and screen mirroring doesn’t work. These are just small examples of things that make longer stays less pleasant. Breakfast is tasty with a decent variety and the staff is nice.

Staff were incredible, so accommodating and friendly I couldn't believe it. Trained professionals! The pool was beautiful, we wish the rooftop bar was open but it closes for winter. The room was perfect, shower was amazing and I wish I could have taken it home with me. This hotel isn't in the city centre of Lisbon but the transport was so cheap and metro is nearby. It means you get to travel more and see more of the city! Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

Great hotel, the location is perfect, near Benfica stadium 🏟 and Colombo mall, with metro stations and international airport very close! I love the rooftop bar and pool with a fantastic view to the stadium! All the Covid19 mesures in place! Family friendly, Definitely recommend Staff is very friendly 👏🏼👏🏼

Really good and friendly staff, great location, rooms are fantastic. Breakfasts are really good even though basic it does the job. Down side the pool was cold for the time I went, the water temp was was set to 26-30c which for me was still cold. Water bottles were not replenished everyday from my room, once I used my cups they were not replaced. On last day asked for hashbrowns and were cold like out of freezer. Thought I would get them freshly done and hot but did not get them. Other than that a great place, I would stay again here.

After a disappointing arrival into Lisbon, it was nice to walk into Upon and be greeted and assisted by friendly staff. The porters in particular are to be commended for their positive attitude. Breakfast was lovely and had something for everyone. The games room and pool are a nice addition especially for those travelling with children. The location is good. For us, it was nice to be able to have a few moments of quiet in the morning before stepping into the chaos of city life. It’s also only a short walk to the train station which is on the blue line and a short trip into the old town. However, as a previous post mentioned, the rooms, although very spacious for our family of three, could do with a bit of loving upkeep.

Amazing hotel! The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is great. The burgers at the hotel restaurant are incredible! It’s right across from the Benfica stadium, which you can gaze at from the rooftop pool. It’s a little bit out of the way, but that’s perfect! You’re a mere 5 subway stops from the action or a quick Uber ride. Worth it!

Lovely apartments, very new, everything works perfectly. Furnished with high standards. The pool from the top gives a nice view. Friendly and professional stuff. I would just add a little table in the bathroom as the place for stuff was a bit small.

I stayed 9 days & 8 nights with my wife and a family guest (3 people altogether) in a 2 bedroom apartment during the last week of Nov 2023. The staff: Marta at reception, Jorge, the Manager and Isla of housekeeping procurement were wonderful offering us unlimited friendly smiles, personalized attention and prompt service to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu, but we really enjoyed the food when eating there. Proximity to the football stadium makes it a bit noisy on game nights (until 11 PM) but, that added to an enjoyable Lisbon experience. Downtown is only a short (and inexpensive) ride way using Uber or Bolt. We highly recommend Upon Lisbon Prime Residences and thank them for having made our stay memorable. :-)

The room was clean and cozy. Staff are friendly and very professional. They solved every problems I had. I had a really good experience while I stayed in hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and solve all problems with good attitude. I had a little trouble with my reservation while I checked in, the staff helped to solve it immediately. I am very grateful for their help. There was a large supermarket across the street of hotel, where you can buy things you need which was convenient. As for transportation, it happened that the MRT was suspended due to maintenance on Easter break, and the staff also provided transportation alternatives, which was very helpful. We took Bolt on the day we checked out around 11:00 am. It's only coast us only 4.5 Euro to the airport. I'd like to show my appreciation again to all the staff who helped us.

Great place to stay if you want to be near everything in Lisbon Walking distance from Colombo shopping center and a stone's throw from Benfica stadium the hotel has it's own parking. There is a small kitchen in the apartment and a restaurant with burgers in the lobby next to the reception where they serve a good breakfast

  • 5/5 G 6 months ago on Google
Very close to the airport and the staff is very polite and helpful. Everybody speaks English and the 2 bedroom was actually very nice. The room had a complete kitchen with pots and appliances. Keep in mind 3 things though: there is a soccer stadium across the street and If they are playing, you will not be able to leave or come into the area because of the thousands of cars and people blocking traffic and the police closures. I didnt know this and was forced to drive 1 hour away from the traffic just so that i could park until traffic was better. You can pay for the restaurant downtown stairs but their food is limited so it gets tiring after a few days. Parking is very helpful and convenient. I wish it were free but its still affordable.

A typical city hotel, we found the staff helpful but the room cleaning schedule was weird, some days our room wasnt cleaned until 4pm and on on time it was 7pm.

The rooms by themselves are nice, the beds were a bit on the hard side, which I don't mind (my partner did!). The only real letdown was that the air in the room was extremely dry and actually gave us both breathing problems. The staff didn't really seem to care about the feedback, shame.

The food was not as good as the place and staff. I liked particularly the overall place beauty, amazing sunlight without hot atmosfere and the excelent service.

Very nice place. A fair bit away from the city centre but you can get the metro or uber in and out cheap and easily. Rooftop pool lovely and a great view. Rooms too notch and cleaned daily. Service has been excellent too. Really like it here. Reasonable price too.

Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the overall quality of the Aparthotel, which is rated at four stars. During my stay, I encountered several issues that I believe should be addressed to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests. Upon arrival, my initial room had a disappointing view of the hall next to the building. The room was upgraded to a room with a stadium view, and I appreciate that Manager Adriana accommodated this request, after three nights in the upgraded room, I was moved to another room with a supposedly beautiful view and a balcony. Unfortunately, the condition of this room did not meet the standards expected from a four-star hotel. Some of the issues I encountered included: 1. **Kitchen Storage**: The bottom storage in the kitchen was in poor condition, with broken and peeling furniture. 2. **Balcony Safety**: The balcony had loose boards, which posed a significant safety hazard. My husband tripped over them and nearly fell. The balcony was loose, we couldn't stay there close safely, especially considering the height of the room on the seventh floor. 3. **Lack of Bedside Tables**: Surprisingly, there were no bedside tables in the room. This made it inconvenient to place personal items like books and mobile phones, forcing us to put them on the floor. 4. **Mattress Hygiene**: The mattress in the room was not up to standard and appeared dirty. Given the approximate cost of 350 euros per night for this hotel, I expected a much higher level of quality and service. It is my sincere hope that you consider my feedback and work towards improving these aspects to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests. It seemed to me that they don't need customers, the attention given to guests is minimal.

I went to this place today, very comment around my colleagues, we thought we found a perfect. We couldn’t even see the rooftop area because they didn’t have people to do it. We went there today just to know the area cause we are planning to go next weekend, horrible. The place looks very nice, but the service horrible, we said in the reception that at 5pm we could go up to see the rooftop, while that we could stay in the outdoor area, they went outside to get our orders, I went there to see if they have table service, they said they did but the area outside was reserved for the people from the rooftop. Why they didn’t went there to say that to us, there was no reserved sign in any table. Jesus, so bad the service, horrible. I would not go if not for the rooftop only. No words. I took friends and family for nothing, shame.

Great place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the women on the front desk. We arrived before check in after flying from Australia (24 hour flight) and were able to check in early. My family and I had a 2 bedroom apartment which was plenty of room for 4 adults. The apartments were big, spacious and had a kitchenette. The daily breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting Lisbon.

Really Nice trip for us ! This Hôtels offer the possibilities of coocking with kitchenette witch is awesome ! The pool and the rooftop are really Nice as well. The next good will be to have an easier access to cocktail when you are on rooftop. That's really a detail compare to the good moment we spend there. Thanks guys !

Booked a executive apartment and when we arrived we were upgraded to a premium apartment , which was amazing. Our view of was the football stadium. Interior looks expensive, kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would need if cooking. Oven is really good, heats up food in 2-3 mins. Bathroom is designed really well. Huge shower and you get little toiletries like shower cap, nail file. Loads of wardrobe storage in bedroom. Pillows and bed is really comfortable. There’s also daily housekeeping which we weren’t aware of but was really nice as we didn’t need to ask for fresh towels every day. There’s a rooftop pool which is nice and only a few people were there which was nice. Staff were nice and very accommodating, check out its 12 but they kindly gave us till 1pm. Location is perfect, as there’s a supermarket outside the hotel, and a metro station a 7 min walk. Really loved our stay here, the suite felt quite luxurious and really comfortable.

Hotel is nice and cozy, rooms are a bit used but noting major. Food is good. Staff is super friendly. Swimming pool is top, big, warm, on the roof. There is huge shopping mall nearby. 10-15 min by car from city center. Underground parking, driver must be experienced and careful, but there is plenty of space. You need to go upstairs to get to the metro, the stairs is huge so not possible with child stroller, take it into account.

Great hotel/appartments! Nice pool. Gym is a bit outdated. About 10 minutes walk from the subway.

  • 2/5 Bhavesh M. 1 year ago on Google
Staff were very nice, beds are comfortable but the facilities are not appropriate to the level they request in the price. Some walls paint is peeling or damaged. The door to the restaurant at reception scraped along the floor. The telephone system did not work. Soap holders in the room were not stocked. Bathroom cabinets did not work. They need some detailed orientation to fix all these small details and the management needs to take some money in the hand and keep the facilities in good order.

The staff is very pleasant and work hard to make you comfortable. Unfortunately, our room was in the 80’s for the first few days of our stay and it took multiple calls/days to get it fixed. The tv has a volume control that won’t let it go over twenty. And they only have two soccer games for the PlayStation in the games room. But they have a lovely restaurant and located in a cool part of town.

I usually go there for working purposes and turned out to be the perfect place to stay. Kind and friendly staff, amazing facilities (that swimming pool!), tasty breakfast and convenient location. All room have kitchen very well equipped so you can prepare your own meals though the restaurant is fairly good. Best hotel in Lisbon <3

My family of 5 and aunt booked a 5 day stay at Upon Lisbon for our first vacation from Houston, Texas to Portugal. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. It had so many amenities (washer, dryer, stove, fridge and freezer, stove, oven and cookware, roof top pool, restaurant and more!) Hotel is in an excellent location by airport, metro, Benefica stadium and mall. We felt very safe and comfortable walking around the area late at night. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff was very helpful, friendly and most spoke English. Rafael who checked us in and out was exceptional!!! We enjoyed our conversations with him and he took his time to help us plan our itinerary and make recommendations! Everything was perfect!

My time here was absolutely amazing. The staff were so helpful and helped with any questions i had about the hotel or travelling around Lisbon. The only problem was that i couldn’t stay longer :( but thank you to all, and thanks to Hiago at the front desk for being so helpful from day one of my trip.

Amazing from the minute we stepped in. Loads of bags and the desk helped us to our room. Room was very nice and have to say the Tv is an amazing bit of mechanism. Fully rotated to bed and then sofa. Clean, tidy. Amazing views to benfica stadium from a rooftop pool. Nice food. Overall great experience. I want to live there permanently.

If you are in Lisbon because you’re a football fan and want to catch a Benfica game, you can’t go wrong. Spacious suites with living room, kitchen, basic appliances including the indispensable coffee maker. The picture of the stadium as the sun sets came from my room. Grocery store Pingo Doce across the street. Sushi and Picanha restaurant next door. El Corte Ingles is a 10 minute drive. Sporting’s stadium 4 klm. Be advised this is not Lisbon central and the neighborhood requires you to pay attention.

  • 3/5 Alexander S. 1 year ago on Google
Generally a good bite, but the details make the picture beautiful. It was the first time ever, that I was not allowed to be enter the breakfast area to drink a Coffee, because it was 20 minutes to early. That is so not necessary because everything was ready already.

Was extremely pleased to stay on this hotel which I knew nothing about. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The apartments are large , tidy and comfortable. Definitely to repeat in the near future.

  • 3/5 Michaela M. 1 year ago on Google
The room was spacious, clean. However, some of the furniture was visibly damaged, perhaps due to the low quality of materials being used. The kitchen equipment was very random (there was a mixer, but no cooking pot or a pan). Next to the bathroom sink, there was no space for the soap, or toothbrushes, which was very inconvenient. Pool was nice. Restaurant only serves burgers (both for dinner and lunch, would be good to have a bigger selection in case you want to have multiple meals at the restaurant), breakfast was great.

My husband and I recently stayed here for a week! The room was perfect, cleaned daily for us. Staff and food was amazing! We especially want to shout out the bar tender at the rooftop pool Ricci! He was so kind and took such amazing care of us. He made an already great stay even better! We will miss him!

Stayed for a week, lovely roof top pool. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly and helpful. Including helping us with a local restaurant reservation. Despite being a bit further out it is ideal if your looking for part city break but enjoy relaxing by the pool during the day. Taxis weren’t expensive to various parts of Lisbon either! Kitchenette in the studio room was a bonus as there is a supermarket 200ms away.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel and I have to say the hotel is absolutely fantastic. Firstly, I was impressed by the thoughtful gesture shown by the hotel to present us a lovely birthday cake on my little one’s birthday. Location is convenient, close to airport and many other attractions. Room very tidy and clean- thanks to the house keeping team cleaning the room daily. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Rooftop swimming pool was cherry on the cake. My only suggestion is to improve on breakfast service- had to keep waiting for the breakfast when it ran out. Overall our stay was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.
