Agents
and
the
room
was
kinda
small
but
cool,
with
some
really
great
puzzles.
Our
host
Miguel
was
awesome;
we
loved
the
guy.
If
I
could
rate
just
him,
he'd
get
a
full
5
stars
from
me.
So
why
only
two
stars
overall?
Well,
we
hit
a
bug
that
sent
us
straight
to
the
final
stage.
We
still
had
like
12
minutes
left
and
wouldn't
have
minded
if
we
didn't
finish
everything.
But
this
glitch
kinda
killed
the
vibe.
We
asked
if
we
could
switch
rooms,
the
manager
refused
and
instead
offered
us
a
20%
discount
on
another
room
(so
we
had
to
pay
twice).
Turns
out,
that's
just
their
standard
deal
for
anyone
doing
a
second
room
the
same
day.
We
weren't
happy
with
that,
and
asked
if
we
could
get
jut
20%
of
our
money
back,
because
the
bug
ruined
a
bunch
of
puzzles
for
us.
Carlos
had
Miguel
tell
us
it
wasn't
possible—which
isn't
true,
by
the
way.
Carlos
didn't
even
come
out
to
talk
to
us
himself,
he
just
had
Miguel
do
all
the
talking,
even
though
we
could
see
him.

of
the
