Worst kind of store, it reminds the old fashion fools gold, with the worst kind of workers. Product quality is miserable, and the shop does not give warranty or refund over badly made products. Employees lie ... amazingly.. if they tell you something do not believe it because most likely is a lie.... well just stray away from this "shop".

after is swore and fell on a step down within the store itself i sensed this was not the place where staff would give a s*****.. I would not buy a thing here based on their total disdain. They are glued to their cellphones and barely looked up after I screamed when I fell off a step. For some reason the store has a step down platform to another area where they painted the steps black so that they are practically invisible. This must happen a lot so much stuff that staff totally ignore anyone who falls.

Unfortunately very rude staff The store seems to be very hip and trendy. The clothes look very much latest fashion. I bought some pieces but found them in the end to be of poor quality. Little holes in the fabric and zippers not working anymore. Unfortunately, I have to complain about one black male employee in particular, who has repeatedly not shown a good service attitude. If the store wants to remain good revenue, it needs to work on better customer service and friendliness of its stafff!!

A great shop with nice Portuguese and international brands with fashion and shoes. If you look for something special I can highly recommend it! For Man and Woman!

It’s a nice shop with local and international brands, the staff is always polite. It’s not a shop with cheap prices, so be prepared to see expensive clothes. But it’s still nice if you want something special. They sell high quality shoes, accessories and clothes.

We felt not welcomed and got declined at the payment… weird situation and not well handled by staff… sad

Ordered a pair of shoes online. It took 2 weeks for Feeting Room to tell me that the shoes are not available, and they contacted me only after I send them a mail. Strangely, when I checked online, the manufacturer had the shoes available in stock. Money was refunded quickly however.

Please note this store does not keep the hours posted on Google Maps. Call ahead if you can to find out when they’re actually open. Learned today at 7pm they’re only open til 7pm, for example 🙄

This was a wonderful store to look around! There are so many lovely clothing items that feel very nice quality. The prices are to be expected with the nice materials used. I was pleasantly surprised to find the shoes to be in the 100€ range mostly. Many places charge more for nicely made shoes. The service was helpful when called upon but not pushy (thankful for that!).

Concept store with different kinds of brands for clothes, shoes, watches and sunglasses. The focus is on fashionable footwear from Portugal. Friendly and helpful staff. But you pay for a great experience.

Great product, cool space, fantastic service

Unfortunately the staff was not very friendly. I found a very nice trousers but the staff wouldn’t get me the discount which was clearly visible on the item. Even on the same item in a smaller size the discount was attached. I would therefore not recommend this store :/ a little rip off

By chance I found this shop during a holiday in Lisbon. I immediately understood the incredible kindness and helpfullnes of Vasco and Rita. They assisted me during the hard choice of a pair of trousers. They even asked me to choose the music to make me feel more comfortable. When work and passion mix together, the result is easy to feel, and these two guys fully represent this concept.
