But the place itself has nothing worth staying there for. The pictures online are incredibly misleading. The rooms are quite small, but it’s easy to look past that, especially when you realise THE ROOMS HAVE BEDBUGS! The sheets are quite gross and have quite a lot of mould and bugs crawling around. The floor was sticky in certain points, and the bed frames were BROKEN! The bunk bed felt like it was going to collapse, and we even had a screw fall out when trying to get on the top bunk. The room also smelt horrible, and had mould on the doors too. There’s 5 working toilets/showers, which are always occupied, nowhere near enough for everyone staying there. The service is quite shocking, at one point we rang the bell over the course of 10 minutes, and only then someone came out, looked at us, and went downstairs ignoring us. They give check in/out times, and then aren’t even present at those times to offer those services. They also used the excuse that they couldn’t speak English to refuse us a refund, which meant we were stuck there.
