    Such a bad experience I went on emergency and nurse was so rude. Doctor was still better but overall it was bad experience. I was in emergency and she was like if you can't speak in Portuguese than why did you come here. But it's obvious that if you are in pain you prefer to speak language in which you comfortable and english is common language. being a doctor or nurse their first duty is to see the condition of patience.

    Wait a long time (patient are wating for 10 to 13 hours no good response) Rudly behaviour Every time charges 16 € in emerjancy. If anyone have critical condition and anything happend with life who is the responsible. There is no ferindly staff and no one understand problem and one of the security man doing rudly behave when going to meet the doctor he lie there is no doctor wait outside if patient already had been wating for 10 hours. Could you explain what services in emergency ward?

    It's very bad experience from yesterday 4:25 pmwaiting here now it's 10:26 and still they said you wait more hours. Nurse is so rude and all people sout to much bcz most of waiting from so long hours.

    There is no option to give ZERO star so have to content with one star. I never saw such a worst service anywhere in the world I would say, 10-12 hours waiting time, I am being a Portuguese citizen begging with people especially tourists please don’t even think of visiting this hospital….🙏🏻🙏🏻 BIG NO… rest is history.

    Nice location, decent facilities and lots of really friendly nurses. However, the midwife that delivered our baby was a DISGRACE (can’t remember her name but I will be following up with the hospital and making an official complaint). Very bad attitude from the first minute, not ideal for my wife who was having her first baby. Was either lacking in skill and unqualified to do the job or was being needlessly heavy handed when delivering my girl, which seemed like a very rushed process and resulted in needless/ an excessive amount of stitches for my wife. She also stuck her nose in where it was unwanted and questioned my decision to take photos in the delivery room? NOT YOUR BABY, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. My family is in U.K. and my wife’s in Brazil, we would like to share the moment with them, if that’s okay with you, madam! I also would have preferred the baby to be connected to the umbilical cord for longer than the 10 seconds she allowed before insisting the cord be cut. Seems I know more than her about childbirth and procedures... very unprofessional and rude to summarise. Unbelievable. We then ran into issues when attempting to register our babies birth at the hospital as the clueless admin woman stated we would need a translator for me as I do not speak Portuguese. My wife however is 100% fluent in both English and Portuguese so we could have easily registered but the woman for no apparent reason decided she wanted to be a pain in our backsides and cause needless stress for my wife who had given birth just 48h before!! I will be taking this matter further and will soon have a lawsuit filed against Beatriz Angelo for their extremely underwhelming performance in various departments. Management need to take a long hard look at themselves and their staff, consider the lacklustre reviews and address the issues at this hospital ASAP!

I am from Ukraine, I am 7 weeks pregnant, with a slight threat of miscarriage, I was taken from work by an ambulance with heavy vaginal bleeding and great weakness at 12:39, I was treated very well in the ambulance, at 13:15 I was brought to the hospital, I was taken to the office, where the nurse in a rude tone asked information about my personality and situation, her name was Beatrice, after which she put on a bracelet with a number on me and told me to wait in the waiting room for my turn. They didn’t ask me how I feel, they didn’t offer me to lie down, I waited for my turn, like other women, for about an hour, because all the doctors left for lunch, I feel bad, I lost a lot of blood, I was nearly fainting, but I waited, went in to the office where there were three doctors, dra. Paula Morete Ventura and two young students talked to me, they examined me on a chair, not skillfully handling the examination mirror, they could not make a diagnosis for a long time and therefore they created painful sensations in me, after the examination I was prescribed only progesterone, no tests were taken , they didn’t prescribe a hemostatic, they didn’t take care of my further condition, they sent me home with an appointment to lie down! disgusting attitude towards patients, I am 35 and I know for sure that if doctors provide medical care in time, a woman can give birth to a healthy child. and these doctors seem to want me to bleed and lose the baby.     after waiting for more than 8 hours in emergency ward, when you tried to use toilets in the opposite side of building (coz there was no sapce in emergency department washrooms). as you go other side you turn suddenly comes and they call you, and in your absence for 10mins in 10 hours, your chance is gone. guess it happened to me.. i paid the fees waited long and they dont even care to look out once. they told me to take the sehna again and wait.......... I mean really is this hospital?? and that too emergency ward!!! ( I am having continuous fever from more than a week which i had already notified them)... so mal organised... they only have building but no doctors.

    My wife is pregnant women she was admit in maternity since one week . The duty nurse of maternity is very very rude. There are few nurse egostic, racist, nepotism, so my humple request to higher authority of hospital beatriz angelo to look after this matter. Everyone is upset about nurse and stuff of hospital.

    What a snail 🐌 service, staff is just chatting, chilling, while people are waiting for more then 10 to 12 hours... even 3rd world countries have better medical services... So after spending 12+ hours and asking for the last time and I was again told to wait more two hours, then 4th time... I said your hospital staff should be ashamed 😤 for this kind of services and I don't wants to be seen, I went back home... 3rd world countries where I have been offer better care lol 😆, Medical services in Portugal is Joke.

    I went to this hospital on 25 and on 26 I gave birth to a daughter with c- section. The doctors and some nurses was very helpful. But night staff was not good . They was very rude and had no respect for indian people. They will gave priority first to Portuguese people.at last my husband complain to doctors about staff and helpers. He said I felt very angry on this staff you have no respect for anyone and your rude behaviour show the attitude of uneducated ..

    Worst ever service. Waiting since 10am still don’t know how much I have to wait. They just know how to distract the patients. They don’t care if the pregnant mother is well or not. No one cares if the baby get some issues or what. Today was called for the procedure at 40+ weeks but they don’t care at all. Still waiting to get admit. 0 star worst ever experience ‼️
