Good bakery. Nice breakfast options, nothing fancy, but in a very fair price. Great bread and coffee. And even though it’s a chain, staff really took care of me. The service was very nice and helpful.

Nice place to work as they are not crowded as other stores. Food is average but acceptable

This is a ham sandwich that was made for me. I didn't want what they had premade so the lady at the counter wanted to express her disapproval. What a disappointment.

Place on the average. Some of them look pretty nice, some other little bit older. Food is standard quality, but what I found is that they are very very relaxed at work 😁

If you are a tourist then it is a must-go place to get familiar with the Portuguese pastry and traditional food better! I loved this place and you can come across other branches in any part of the city. Strongly recommend it!

The "bolo de limão" (lemon pancake) used to be very good, the topping was delicious. Unfortunately, the last two we've bought have nothing to do with the old one. They're hard and the topping is plain sugar, nothing else, no lemon flavor at all!! Won't buy it again!

Popular Portuguese bakery for a quick meal or coffee. This venue is well located, around Campo Mártires da Pátria, very spacious and with a lot of natural light. Is also possible to work there since there are many tables and wifi, or also sit outside and enjoy the sun.

This place has good bread and coffee for sure. But the service we experienced there was one of the worst in Portugal. The cashier was rude and impatient. A pity!

This is a Portuguese bakery chain and particularly famous for breakfast. We had breakfast at many of these in Lisbon and were not disappointed even once. If you are on a budget, avoid the orange juice. We felt it was quite expensive at EUR 2/glass given that orange is in abundance all over Portugal.

This Padaria Portuguesa has a really nice setting and a lot of places to sit. More quiet than the one near Intendente metro station. Coffees and bread good as always! The staff could be nicer and move a little bit faster though...

It's not the first one to visit, never to disappoint. Fast service and good food.

Same as any other Padaria Portuguesa. Actually the last time I was there the bread of my sandwich was quite stale so that wasn't great and the service was quite poor. I still give it 4 starts because I usually like Padaria Portuguesa, maybe it was just a bad day for bread and for the service.

The girl who took the order was not very polite. She bore the name Mareni. For some reason I was denied hot bread with cheese and bacon. But after asking “why” ? she began to do what I ordered by knocking with all devices. I still did not understand what was the complexity of my order.

Very bad service: 2 guys who did not even acknowledge me for the first 3 minutes. One was with his back the whole time. The other (he saw that I was waiting) went away from the counter to heat up some pastry which he put back on the shelf to cool down again. It was like being served by Beavis and Butthead. When I finally got to ask for the bread, he tried to give me a different one. I had to show him which one was Centeio.. the guy with the back was there the last time I had a bad experience there. He saw me there, but he had to finish the conversation with the security guard. This latest experience convinced me to avoid this branch.

😠 Horrible service, despite the effort to serve quickly. The staff jumps from the take away queue to the eat-in queue, thus making some people wait for over 15 minutes to get served, regardless of the fact they arrived prior to someone who just got served. They should either serve people according to...
