    This insurance company is a real disgrace for Portugal! I had an accident there while on holiday. Situation was super clear, the other guy didn't stop at a stop sign. He addmitted it to the police and me on site. Still they tried to ignore the damage on my car for several weeks. Because of there terrible administration (including hanging up on calls, generally ignoring all emails, not responding or communicating with me or the repair shop at all) it took me more than 2,5 months (!?!) To get my car back from the repair, that took only 1 week. All because of there lack of will, ignorance. So rude, so stupid. Pray you will never need those idiots for anything!

    I’m a Swedish expat and I signed up for full private health care + dental. After almost a year and full payments I tried to call and make my first doctor’s appointment. After a full day and about 15 calls I gave up. I was given numbers that did not exist; I was hung up upon; I was transferred to Portuguese only automated; and finally talking to their “customer services” who had no clue they even offered health services in Spain 🇪🇸 I am considering filing a complaint with the financial services department because I find this behavior close to being fraudulent, or at least absolutely non functioning. My worst experience ever with an insurance company. 👎

    Of the Indian cuisine in Ponta Delgada, this one is the better restaurant as far as food quality, service and taste. A wide range of food is available, vegan and vegetarian dishes that are very tasty. The menu changes a bit through the year to take advantage of the local ability to enjoy fresh farm to table. Hand roasted spices (versus oil based or oily spices), menu changes to add additional variations and economical prices. Reservations are often needed as this is a favorite with locals and tourists alike. Often it looks empty, when fully reserved This evening we dined on Karahi chicken and chili chicken. Simple Naan and simple basmati rice. Always a treat.

    Huge increase in my health insurance premium. Initially contacted my broker who stated that he could negotiate a reduction. Then when he reneged on ghis contacted Allianz directly. They have taken so long to address my concerns that i can no longer transfer to an alternative health insurance supplier without incuring the 90 day policy limitation period.

    I will never seek travel insurance with this company again. I have been trying to get a reimbursement since June (6 months now), and the level of bureaucracy and obstruction is astounding. There is a new form that they suddenly decide needs to be completed or documents that need to be sent (when I already sent them these documents multiple times before). Their system and the way they operate is literally to force the customer to give up asking for reimbursement, so they won't have to pay us.

    They don't communicate with customers. I signed a contract 55mais now I have a different contract. I didn't authorize this change of policy and never received email from them stating this fact. They sent me 2 insurance cards on the same day and didn't inform me of this change. I did not find out about the change until I used the insurance at CUF a year later now there is confusion. They also went up on the policy from €68 to €75 a month. Am I an ATM? Maybe I'll find a laywer

    Wanted to buy insurance there, but no one helped me. Asked about prices and offers, they take your email and never send info. I tried to contact them three times Seems they don’t need new clients.

    I have had multi-risk home insurance for almost 20 years and the few times I needed it, it was of no use to me. Very weak indeed. I'm thinking about giving up. Very unhappy with this insurance. I don't advise I don't know what the point of having insurance like that is!! On the phone, when they can't give answers, they literally leave the customer hanging. They say to send emails to customer support and then give the answers without any meaning...
