    It's not a real sports clinic. The lack off cooperation between doctor and physical therapists and electrical therapy team is shameful . Side note for the electrical therapy group, on each day a different therapist with the different treatment and no follow-through at all. They're not able to make a clear diagnostic or a single positive symptom treatment. Completely overrated this Clinic I do not recommend this place at all.

    Not a place to get proper help - just very crowded and quality of service extremely primitive, usually you have to spend extra 30-40 minutes to wait for appointment and to wait for payment. At the same time price for simple appointment without good insurance - around 90 Euros))

    The ladies on the counter were so professional, they spoke very good English they assigned me to a doctor at once. However many people who came after me and had later numbers in the line went in before me. I had ticket number A0419 yet people with tickets numbers A0428 and A0443 went to the same doctor I was supposed to meet before me. It’s 19:20 and I still haven’t seen a doctor and this is supposed to be a “good” private clinic.

    Incompetent personnel. Long waiting lines. Although it’s a paid clinics, it took 3 hours to get a treatment. Very poor English, again, unexpected for paid clinica. And no full treatment provided but kept issuing new prescriptions for further visits and analyses. Not recommended

    Staff called my number but no one was there to answer. Staff sent me to the wrong doctor. Waited more than 30 mins for a scheduled appointment.

    Worse gynecologist and I didn't even do the appointment. I arrived 10 min late because it's impossible to understand where the clinic actually is. Then they tell you to walk around as if you already know the place, tho they know it's your first time. The nurse pre examed me, she was kind but in a rush saying the doctor was calling me already. I waited some more time and when I saw a patient entering the doctor's office, I excused myself to ask a question at the door. I simply repeated what the nurse had told me and the doctor sniped at me as if I was demanding to be seen and accused me of being late, she looked at her notes and told me my name was not there, then she said it was but there were 3 women before me because of my delay. I knew immediately this woman was not fit to treat human beings, especially not a pregnant woman.

    So called "private" hospital and when you make an appointment, you end up waiting over an hour after the scheduled time. Shame.

    They don't take the word criticism and urgency seriously. They are slow to deliver test results, customer support is slow and does nothing to help. I had never seen such a bad Cuf service. Please improve your service and your waiting times because if it's going to take that long it's better to go to the public hospital.

    The first acquaintance with a private clinic CUF Alvalade did not leave positive impressions. This is my first time at your clinic and I'm not familiar with the rules. At the reception, when I asked what I should do, the person sitting there, just pointed with her finger at the check-in machine and didn’t say anything. After my second request to explain what to do with the machine (the menu of the machine is in Portuguese), the woman at the reception asked me if I know Portuguese. Really?! I spoke in English to her, if I knew Portuguese, I probably started a conversation in Portuguese. As a result, after a convincing request for help, she came to me to explain what needs to be done. A similar situation was at the moment when it was time to pay for a doctor's appointment, at my request for help from the administrator, the patient of the clinic came to me faster, the person at the reception did not even try to come up to show what to do. I paid 102 euros for the appointment. I have no insurance and I am ready to pay, but seeing such a service, I would not come to this clinic a second time and would not recommend it to my friends.

    Bad attitude at the front desk. The English hotline cannot be connected. I did the test, but the results have not been sent to me. She said that the results are will be sent to my email in a few minutes, but I haven't received them and haven't been. This hospital makes me feel it is very rude.
