It's enough bars to work you out. It has some rain cover through trees. Unfortunately due to all the birds, ducks and chicken (!) the area is not very clean. It's also next to the street so it's quite loud.

Pull ups, dips, inclined bench for abs, plus some more. Essential, but free and in a small park in the city

Great offer, free, yes a bit dirty but as it happens it's outdoors:). Bonus, next to the city farm nightmares are made of too :)

Decent equipment, but it's infested with flies because of the animals nearby. I went at 8:30 am.

The ground is dirty. Buts it’s fine. You have all the basic equipments for street workout.

There are chickens near by!!!

A decent calisthenics Park for a late evening. The lights come on and the trees cover it. There is also a water fountain. I am 6ft4, with a 6ft11 arm span, only some of the bars were just about tall enough for pull-ups without bending the legs, however if your lengths are shorter you will be able to hang with ease. The crowd here also seemed pleasant! Though it was 9pm so perhaps quieter than normal.

Best exercise park in Lisbon.

Good facility, just no possibility to drink, so take your own :)
