This is one of the best sessions I ever had. Grateful to be here. Instructor was patient, hands on, corrected me some of my wrong forms for years. I feel so good after this (just arrived lisboa today from long ✈️)

Abhyasa Yoga is a very special place and much more than just yoga for me. It's a community, a family, a place where one can truly learn yoga from scratch as well as deepen one's own practice, challenge one's own boundaries in a profoundly experienced and loving environment. Sissy's expertise and energy is unparalleled ❤️
