One of the best ports in Europe. At a walking distances nearby.. this beautiful port is at a walking distance to some renowned sites. Church built during the kings reign ar still well maintained and they are really beautiful sculptured. Say it if you wanna ride in the nook and corner of the city talk a auto which is guided by the driver itself telling you every place you see. Or you can hop on on a tram train enjoying the view of the street adding and wonderful experience of your visit. Lots of restaurants are there in every street and one can enjoy the best seafood they have. Try the local beers .. reali cheap. At the port is the duty free shop where one can buy perfumes , souvenirs, Portugese rose wine.. etc.. Reali a place worth visiting

If you up you can look around city and water. Very good observation deck. It's pity that nothing there, no coffee, chairs etc... cause this is place will be amazing for rest. But now only empty roof.

The most beautiful port on my cruise experience so far! You can see the city wonderfully from the ship. Check-in there went smoothly. The building appears fairly new and well maintained. Access to the ship was short and went smoothly. If you want to get off the ship, you can walk straight into town.

Port was easy to navigate, clean and the security staff was professional and diligent in doing their jobs. It's also straightforward to get out into the town conveniently.

It's a quay, not much more you can say, within walking distance of the town shopping

Indeed, good duty free shop, very cheap. However I will explain why I put 1 star, that goes specifically for Solaris shop (sunglasses) in this duty free. In September I wanted to buy few sunglasses here with my credit card. Transaction went through, but the lady, Carla, in the shop, said I need to do one more time as the payment failed. I did it again, still nothing. When I checked my bank account, the money was taken twice but in the shop they said no, we did not get any payment. I got a receipt from them and wrote to my bank. After some days, my bank said that transaction was cleared and I had to refer to the shop to return me the money. I gave my usd account, they transferred money in euro which I could not receive because they had to send it in dollar. After some weeks the money was send back to them so that they could send me back to the right account. And guess what? They never returned me my money which is more than 1000 dollar. I do not recommend to buy anything in this Solaris shop. They have problem with the terminal.

Quite a long slow walk when returning back to cruise ship (especially if 2 ships on berth). Has duty-free and toilets. Situated on the waterfront, ideal for walking straight into Lisbon. No bus/excursion needed!

Super convenient to the town. About the closest I’ve ever seen a cruise ship be to everything. Made it really easy to get back to our shop quickly after walking Lisbon’s streets.

Disembarked cruise ship at this port. A nice facility and the process went smooth. There is a designated area for transportation to and from the port. Located near old town area with plenty of interesting sites with in walking distance.

Our visit to the Lisbon Cruise Port was an absolute delight. We were there for a Fado festival, filming a television program, and we were captivated by the architecture and the stunning views. The combination of modern design and a picturesque waterfront location made it a truly memorable experience.

Reached Lisbon via AIDAcosma. The city itself is easily accessible on foot from the harbor. The bridge is absolutely worth seeing.

Visited today on board Iona, lovely terminal, with good transport links and toilets. Staff helpful. Duty free shop on the way back in which sells all the normal stuff but no signs of it being duty free in prices only name… check your prices with the UK I would suggest.

A lovely cruise terminal with good security and a number of duty free shops. However, there is only one accessible lift, which is not appropriate when the terminal serves large cruise ships with lots of disabled passengers, which results in very long queues.

One day visit. Took open top bus tour. Disappointing, either not much interesting sights or bus interactive voice guide broken. Passed all sorts of interesting looking sights with no comment!!! Some comments came after we had passed the point of interest. Needs serious investigation. Not doing the City any favours. We won't be back on what we seen.

I was here last year in April with TUI Mein Schiff6, terminal is great. Everything is new, clean and modern. Security staff as well as other staff were very polite and kind.

The TukTuks are not as expensive as you would think. Much much cheaper than the hop on hop off buses and can take you into all the nooks and crannies where buses can't go. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Easy access from the ship to the city, open top city tourist buses park within a few minutes walk. Certainly helped that we arrived in February on a day when it was sunny and 23 degrees
