This is a great option which is on the Caiscais train line but only a short 10/15 minutes from the centre of Lisbon, a great option if you would like sun, sea snd sand within a short distance of Lisbon. You can get off the train, cross the road snd be in the beach in 5 minutes. It’s also a great place to walk along to the next station with beautiful views in sight too.

The first beach that you can find when you take a train from cais do sodre towards cascais U can find another beaches before but this one is the one that u can swim and have nice ambient such as good water and bars It’s super crowded on weekends so better going during the week

Nice little beaches either side of a Fort. The smallest beach on left of Fort does have a shower but bigger beach doesn't and didn't see any facilities or anything else for that matter but maybe it's early in the season. Beach is sandy and water cool

Really good beach. I found it a lil bit small when crowded. A shower is available but no toilets.

It was quite dirty (ocean and sand). I've organized a CLEAN UP there and that was the reason I visited the beach. On the other hand, is accessible by foot, train and car (with free parking).

A small sandy beach close to a road and railway. After a short scooter trip from Lisbon center it is a nice place to enjoy the sunset or a few ours at the Atlantic. Wouldn’t recommend it as an nice beautiful tourist beach but just to relaxe and have some sand under your feed it is nice.

Underrated beach , if Carcavelos or Santo Amaro is too crowed for you , this is a great alternative.

My wife and I were in the middle of a 45-minute drive to a beautiful beach that we found online, and in the middle of our drive we found this beach and we decided to stop and we were quite pleased. So it's saved us 30 minutes more of driving and it is so close to Lisbon. It is small, comfortable, and has lots of friendly people and families here. The only downside is that there are no rental umbrellas or chairs but the trade-off is good to avoid the long drive to another Beach. We definitely recommend to this spot for couples or family.

It is a well approachable beach by train for a cheap ticket. There are showers and toilets available. The beach is nice, and the waves are decent too, although not as strong as in Caparica. The shore is a sandy beach without rocks.
