    DO NOT BUY YOUR APPLE PRODUCTS HERE. A couple weeks ago I bought the Apple Airpods (3rd generation) in the GMS store (for 200€). Try them once and they don’t fit my ear as they simply fall off. Went to the GMS store the week after to exchange the Airpods for a different article and they told me that they do not accept any returns or exchanges (which is completely absurd). Also, the sales person that sold me the Airpods (Sr. Ivo Nascimento) even had the audacity to say that it was my own responsibility and that I should have read their terms & conditions page (hanging on the wall beyond the counter) before I bought any products in their store. He even added (more than once) that if I was not satisfied with the service, I could just write a complain, which somehow he seemed used to it. The whole situation was just bizarre. When I searched online if I was the only one that had this type of customer experience, I immediately understood that this a standard behaviour from this store. This type of behaviour from an official Apple reseller is simply not acceptable, and someone should make an official complain since this type of consumer experience damages the Apple brand. The fact that they reply with the same pathetic template to all negative feedback says a lot about the service you can expect here.

    Made the mistake of buying a macbook from this place. Also got 2 years of extra insurance from them. Turned out they gave me a faulty product, the speakers don't work properly, I went back a few days later, but they refused to exchange it, and directed me to a service, where they said it takes minimum 2 weeks to fix it. I obviously need my laptop for work, so this is not an option. The level of incompetence and unhelpfulness is truly mind-boggling. I wanted to buy an extra USB-C cable, but they ensured me the laptop comes with a USB-C cable already, when I opened it, there was no USB-C cable. They also sold me an iphone 11 case, which turned out not to fit my iphone 11. Massive waste of money and time, left 3000+ euros in the store, and I'm left with nothing usable. They reply with the same pathetic template to all negative feedback, which in itself says a lot about the service you can expect here.

    Why is it possible that such a big company is not respecting eu law and does not allow all eu citizens access to the same apps , but make national app stores where it clearly discriminates European citizens, like certain apps are only available for people with an app store account in Portugal and otherwise many Netherlands apps are only available for people with an address in the Netherlands. This is a clear violation of EU law & rights

    Don´t spend your money in that store. Worst Apple experience service in my entire life. They could not change the taxe number on my bill "date expired of one week" my portuguese accountant said "they just did not want to make it for you" that is the way they treat client after a 1500Euros purchase: ruff staff, lazy and juniors. No CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!!
