I had a nice steady stroll from Oriente to the Vasco da Gama bridge through this area.... I think. There are nice open flat spaces to enjoy a walk by the river. It looks as though there had been lots of recent development around this area. It was a little quiet on a mid week morning, and I would imagine it gets much busier when local families have time off work. All good.

I slept here for one night in my RV. It was beautiful and quiet.

There is a lack of maintenance, a lot of broken glass and rubbish around the toys

Parque do Tejo, the Park by the river Tagus, in the northern área of the Expo - parque das nações, perfect to relax, for a walk, joging, or just hang out with friends, walk the dog, have a drink in a kiosk... Enjoy the colours of the river, the skye, the Vasco da Gama Bridge.

Nice for photography , really long bridge . If you walk around 1 mile there is lots of restaurants too.

Wery nice playground, but has no shade. It was impossible to use the swing as it was boiling 😞
