Terrific Open Space for a Solid Day’s Work Unobvious Lab stays true to it’s name. It’s not obvious upon entry what the place even is... It seems like just a basic bar, but then it turns out to be so much more! A coworking space, bar, and place to hangout with friends. As with all my reviews of various coworking spaces, I wanted to share here the most important features essential to all coworkers: 🪑 Chairs: The chairs were comfy and easy to work sitting down for a few hours. They are not adjustable office chairs, (which I’m preferable to) but are still quite comfortable for at least a few hour period. Don’t expect full range of motion and perfect lumbar support with these. 💚 Vibe: The vibe is awesome. I’ve never had a beer while coworking before, but I gave it a shot. It was awesome, and I was able to dive right into my tasks without second guessing myself. I won’t make a habit out of it, but it was a nice change. Their on tap beer is delicious. 📶 Wifi: Great upload and download speeds and no problem using it. I don’t like having to get a code each time I go (the network resets and kicks you off every 24 hours), but this might be a feature for Croissant users? 🔑 Access: Open till 8, and checking in was a piece of cake. 👪 Community: The first time I was here was because of a planned board game night, so this space is friendly to activities. Overall, a great place to be for a few hours of coworking, and I can’t wait to come back to play more board games!

Went there two times for a meetup, but there are only one bathroom, it gets super loud because it's just concrete walls and no soundproofing. Had the exact same experience both times

After working from Coworking spaces for over 10 years, in 4 continents, I can safely say Unobvious Lab is on the top of my list of favorite spaces to work from. On top of being a space where I feel comfortable working from and being productive it is also a place where I made fruitful connections during the events I attended over there. Overall, I highly recommend this coworking space in Lisbon for nomads, startup owners, freelancers or anybody else who’s seeking an environment to work and build relationships.

Lovely co-working space, with loads of art and a nice bar. Went a couple of times for networking events and it was good fun. They also rent electric bikes, motorbikes and scooters in the same space in case you need to go around town in an environmental way. As the name says it is a bit unobvious from outside but great once you get in.

This space has closed and been empty for a while. Needs updated information.

Unobvious Lab is my favorite co-working space in Lisbon. It is not overly crowded as Selina can be at times, it has reliable and fast Wi-Fi, and staff is super nice and relaxed. Also, the place features interesting art work that changes from time to time. My only suggestion is to have at least one main dish / lunch option each day to avoid having to go out in the middle.

I've been to a lot of co-working spaces, but Unobvious is the coolest, at least of the places I know in Lisbon. It's a combination of café and shared workspace with a unique, creative, artful design and inspiring ambience that really sets it apart. Most importantly, the friendly and professional team at Unobvious make you feel right at home (or let's say home office). 😉🌷

A great place for co-working doubling with a space for training and private events. Very helpful staff and management. It's located 15 mn walk from the very center of Lisbon and next to bars and restaurants right on the harbor.

Cool little spot with large space and 2 levels, tons of seating. -Easy to access with the bus. -No food, only drinks. (€1 cookies though haha)

Best spot in Lisbon, no question. We work there regularly and, a few days ago, threw a memorable event for 70+ people.

Everyone seems nice but a co-working without any phone booths is problematic, especially given that it’s a single room with ~40+ seats. Not quite sure how people manage this. The food however was amazing.

Attended a meetup there for which I don’t think the place is very suitable as it was difficult to have conversations with people. In terms of a co-working venue it probably is much more suitable.

The space is lovely and the staff are friendly, positive, and helpful. The problem is that this is more of a coffee shop feel. The Wifi was prohibitively slow which made meetings difficult, and my VPN, which is required for my work, couldn't connect. Then again, I was told that others praised it for being fast! So it could just be me. Again, it's not a bad space! Just not ideal for coworking for me.

Definitely the most inspiring and vibrant space to work and create that I have ever been to. Ultra high speed internet, cafe for members with great products, meeting room, welcoming staff.

A unique place in Lisbon: a beautiful and cosy space with carefully selected vintage furniture located in the central Lapa/Santos área. Good atmosphere, great people, fast internet and one of a kind interior design - highly recommended for co-working, organizing events, meetups, exhibitions & workshops.
