Worst
experience
in
a
Lisbon
bar
in

years.
Some
of
it
may
have
been
bad
luck,
and
it
all
centered
on
a
waiter
wearing
a
t-shirt
that
says
āErrorā94ā
-
which
makes
me
wonder
whether
he
has
made
the
same
errors
for
the
past
28
yearsā¦
First
he
had
me
reseated
at
a
terrible
small
table
in
the
hallway
and
ignored
my
request
for
the
menu
twice,
then
asked
what
I
wanted
to
drink,
and
I
replied
I
really
wanted
to
see
the
menu,
to
which
he
explained
twice
that
they
have
no
drink
menu,
before
giving
me
the
chance
to
say
that
I
actually
wanted
a
FOOD
menu
LOL.
The
food,
when
I
finally
got
it
(corn
cakes
with
shrimp)
was
bland
and
dry,
with
shelves
as
the
most
noticeable
traces
of
shrimp.
The
wine
was
good,
and
just
before
he
opened
a
bottle
of
red,
I
managed
to
remind
him
that
I
had
asked
for
a
glass
of
white,
not
red.
Sitting
glued
to
the
wall,
while
guests
constantly
squeezed
by,
and
with
a
few
brash
loud
gringos
at
a
nearby
table,
I
had
no
choice
but
to
abandon
my
plans
and
hopes
for
a
relaxing
night
out.
I
asked
for
the
bill
-
which
contained
items
I
had
neither
ordered
nor
consumed,
overcharging
me
by
50%.
Never
again!
Thankfully,
there
are
many
many
better
bars
in
town,
and
even
within
a
1
minute
stroll
around
this
one.
