Unfortunately
not
Well,
the
view
of
the
balcony
is
very
nice.
Also
the
place
is
well
designed,
warm
and
cozy,
but
at
the
same
time
modern.
Concerning
the
Dining
Experience,
the
answer
is
UNFORTUNATELY
NOT.
And
if
you
ask
me
why,
these
are
the
reasons:
1.
Understaffed.
I
was
serving
my
wife
the
wine
and
the
water
2.
Asked
to
have
the
5
dishes
coming
one
by
one,
but
it
didn't
happen.
They
all
arrived
in
25
minutes.
3.
We
were
asked
if
we
want
bread
because
they
charge
it
4.
We
were
given
drinks
and
wine
list
and
after
10
minutes
the
food
list
But
the
worst
point
is
the
quality
of
the
raw
materials
5.
The
oysters
we
were
served
do
not
represent
a
low
category
Cafe.
I
remind
you
that
we
are
Dining
in
a
five
star
hotel
restaurant.
The
oysters
were
almost
empty
-
less
than
a
teaspoon
flesh
-
and
they
served
them
to
us.
In
such
a
restaurant
you
DO
NOT
SERVE
these
oysters.
You
apologize
to
the
customer
and
suggest
something
else.
It
was
a
skin
of
oyster
and
not
flesh.
6.
We
are
beef
carpaccio
lovers.
The
one
we
had
last
night
was
among
the
worst
concerning
the
quality
of
the
meat.
You
had
to
chew
it
like
gum
to
swallow
it.
7.
The
worst
experience
came
at
the
end.
We
asked
the
waiter
to
suggest
a
dessert
and
he
suggested
my
wife's
favorite
dessert,
the
well-known
Pavlova
which
as
we
all
know
has
a
basic
ingredient
the
crunchy
meringues.
The
ones
that
were
served
to
us
were
not
crunchy,
but
they
reminded
us
rocks.
We
couldn't
cut
them
or
break
them
after
a
lot
of
efforts.
When
the
waiter
passed
from
our
table
we
told
him
that
we
won't
finish
the
dessert
and
when
he
asked
us
the
reasons
we
told
him
that
the
meringues
are
too
hard.
He
said
I
am
sorry,
he
took
the
plate
and
returned
in
3-4
minutes
with
the
menu
telling
us
something
funny
and
provocative
at
the
same
time.
"
The
chef
told
me
that
the
meringues
are
the
way
they
should
be.
Also
he
can
offer
you
this
dessert
"
and
he
pointed
to
a
dessert
with
his
finger.
In
a
five
star
hotel
restaurant
the
chef
decides
for
the
customer?
We
told
me
"
Thanks
a
lot,
but
we
won't
have
a
dessert
as
we
have
to
leave
".
He
returned
more
provocative
in
two
minutes
leaving
on
the
table
the
dessert
the
chef
decided
and
he
charged
it
on
the
bill.
P.S
I
asked
for
bottled
water
and
I
was
served
water
full
of
chlorine
and
I
was
charged
for
it
Unfortunately
it
needs
a
lot
of
effort.
The
management
and
the
F&B
manager
along
with
the
kitchen
must
reorganize
everything.
It's
was
one
of
my
worst
Dining
experiences
