The wine list is incredible, although my wife and I do suggest you try Chef Fernando’s personal house wine - WOW! It was a last minute decision and ended up being one of the best decisions ever taken in this trip to Lisbon. The place is cozy and feels like home with an extreme touch of High end cousine . From the kindness of the waiters and chef to the amazing food (very tasty) , this place is the perfect spot to have a great evening. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to enjoy their time there. This will be my place-to-go every time I’ll be back in Lisbon for sure. 10/10 best place for us.

For the starter my date & I shared the bruschetta & shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were truly awful & not enjoyable at all… the taco shell was chewy, the shrimp & filling was ice cold and completely flavourless, I had two bites & left the rest. Then we got the octopus… which had good flavour, but extremely tough & chewy… it was a struggle to cut it. The portion was also very small compared to the other pictures here… the accompanying potatoes & tomato salad were tasty but a small portion too. We got a bottle of red wine, I don’t remember the name but it was very yummy! Then before leaving we ordered a single glass of house red… it was awful, tasted really bad like the bottle was open for a week! …I liked the interior & decor but I didn’t enjoy the vibe. The entire time I was there the all male wait staff were leering at me! I’m not exaggerating, they were persistently & unashamedly staring at me to the point I felt uncomfortable… I consider this very poor etiquette especially if you want someone to return, which I will not be. *response to the owner: Your reply is unprofessional and in poor taste… not surprising as it aligns with the vibe of your establishment.

I enjoyed the food. I am often doubtful when a restaurant serves food from many parts of the world that they’ll pull it off well but the dishes I had were quite good. The perk shank was very tender ( I asked that they not overcook it as many places do) and a generous portion. Mashed potatoes it came with not so good. With have been better with sweet potatoes. The caramel cheesecake is 👍🏼👍🏼 Service if friendly & attentive

On our first trip to Lisbon and this place came recommended so I made a reservation via Google. We were a group of 6 women from the US. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and seated immediately. We instantly remarked on the warmth and attractiveness of the space, with unique artwork and agreeable lighting. At that time the restaurant wasn't crowded just a couple other tables of diners. This is notable because we recognized a gentleman who appeared to be the owner, as he visited the other tables in the restaurant. Our servers were gracious and polite and quickly took our orders. We appreciated how quickly they had the bruschetta dish changed because one of the guests has a seafood allergy. The food was amazing! Among the dishes we ordered were: the cod momos, curry grouper, lamb, cod loin, duck puff pastry, grilled octopus, and pork shank. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the meal: the preparation and the presentation. We then delighted in the panna cotta, salted caramel cheesecake, and creme brulee for dessert before we were treated to a shot of Portuguese wine as a digestif. However, much to our dismay, we'd been there a couple hours and in all that time, the owner had not made his way to extend his greetings. We had all noticed how he had stopped to visit with the other diners, but did not make the time or effort to visit ours. We would have loved to share our impressions and experience with the restaurant in-person, for we had an admittedly delightful time; yet were profoundly disappointed in the decision not to approach our table. Such a slight greatly discolored our experience and I'd be remiss if I didn't share what we also found disheartening in this review.

I dined here the evening after I landed. The food was delicious, the staff incredible and the atmosphere mellow and welcoming after a long day of travel. This was one of my best experiences in Lisbon.

Exquisite international bistro, based on Portuguese cuisine. Absolutely excellent food.Really nice atmosphere with 6-7 tables, surrounded by well-thought details in decoration. All the dishes we ordered were just extraordinarily tasteful. The octopus and shrimp tacos were just amazing, excellent place if you want to try octopus for the first time. Cheesecake with salted caramel, likewise. Portions are generous. It was a delight to chitchat with Fernando, our host, who definitely made our time there more enjoyable than just good food. It was such an exclusive dining experience, we stayed there for 3 hours. Will definitely go back whenever we are in Lisbon.

American living in Germany visiting Lisbon for a work event. We had a really wonderful dinner here; great food and just delightful service. But the tacos are the BEST I have ever experienced while living in Europe. Thank you for the lovely evening. You made my California heart very happy!

After a week of "traditional" cod and potatoes, this was a real winner. Great service and excellent food at an affordable price. Would definitely go again. ✅🙂🤗

Had the honor of attending a gala at the restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was superb. Thank you chef for a delightful display of eye pleasing and palette pleasing appetizers and entrees.

This place is a hidden gem! We had come to collect tiles from a workshop and being off the main stretch we weren't too optimistic about finding somewhere to eat. What we actually found was the best restaurant of our stay. Lovely atmosphere, light dinner jazz in a beautiful building - a tuesday night so quiet which was perfect for us, greeted by the owner on arrival. We ordered cocktails which were delicious. Then came the food which was stunning - pork shank, duck in pastry and prawn pad Thai. Our party of 3 was blown away. We finished the meal with the cheesecake and panna cotta. If you like salted caramel, this cheesecake is unmissable. We couldn't stop thinking about it for the rest of the trip! Loved this place so much we all agreed that if we came back to Lisbon again we would come back rather than try another place. Not expensive either, very reasonable (our mains 16-25€, cocktails 8€). Definitely give it a try!

Stumbled across Soul kitchen and bar at the end of a really long day but they sure managed to turn it all around with a beautifully cooked meal and the best Gin and tonics. So good that I'm am sure we'll return tomorrow to sample the rest of the menu. Thank you kindly for your hospitality!

The best octopus that I tried in Lisbon. Very generous portion, reasonably priced. Roasted perfectly so it preserved its flavour and softness. On top, they had great margaritas too.

One of the best meals we had in Lisbon! We stumbled upon it through a google search and it was so worth going! The atmosphere is romantic and intimate. Every dish was delicious!! The chef came by to check on us and see how we were enjoying the food! We loved it so much we recommended it to other visitors we met. It’s a must add to your visit to Lisbon!

Fernando’s cuisine was exquisite. We had one of the most memorable evenings last night. We were walking around trying to find a bar, we randomly walked by and Diogo greeted us. We decided to have a drink and then try some appetizers. We had so much fun that we asked Diogo to continue his recommendations. We ended up having one of the most amazing experiences and the food was absolutely amazing. We strongly recommend Soul kitchen and bar!!!

You would not guess it at first sight, but inside this ordinary-looking building is hiding an extraordinary culinary experience. The place is warmly decorated and the fusion style of the chef will seduce amateurs of Japanese and Portuguese food alike. Special shoutout to the Sashimis and Trio of burgers. Depending on your choice of main course, however, you should expect to plan a full starter or desert in addition. Some of the main courses will not get you full, while others will be sufficient on their own. The proximity with the Park will allow you to relax and digest in the best conditions.

Great venue , and food, prices just a little on the steep side , never or less a pleasant evening out.

I keep going by this place, such a cute space. We finally stopped in for dinner. It was such a find! Delicious cuisine, great service, tasty wine and cocktails. We will be back.
