I absolutely love this place. The decorations were cute and lovely. Owner was the best host. She welcomed us warmly and gave us many tips and information about the town. The room even has a tiny map with all the popular places pinned on the board. One thing impressed me was the owner's attitude. there was loud music blasting nearby till 7am and that kept us up all night. We did not feedback to the owner but the next day the owner slotted an apology letter and reimbursed us 90 euros. Half the price of the room! Very kind gesture and we were touched by it. Very close proximity to time out market. Perfect location. Love it here.

Great! Great! Great! More expensive than what you will find on Airbnb, but totally worth it! Owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are perfect, with everything you need. And also a lot materials for Lisbon that helps you to have a good time there.

These are the perfect homes from home!! Cosy, comfortable, has everything you need and feels really like a second home. I have stayed at these studios three times already and several of my friends have stayed there too. Its in a perfect location so everything is on your doorstep. Although you dont feel you need to go anywhere as its so cosy inside! Super clean and tidy, and beautiful decor, including those small little touches, like candles, fluffy blankets and even welcoming furry friends. Thank you so much for our stay we will come back anytime we are in Lisbon.

Really good place to stay. Lovely hosts (who we did not see) very good communication and welcome. Apartment itself was well kept, clean and tidy. Had an issue with the digital form to check in, they needed some info, which we provided but they could or see. No big deal, was sorted but would suggest they upgrade the system. Finally the mezzanine was a little hot as the A/C was below the level.

Great apartment to start exploring Lisbon. It is spacious and well equipped. You can find everything in the kitchen, although there are many restaurant and bars nearby. You should be aware there is no lift. There is a balcony as well but because of the noise of the mechanic ventilation from surrounding buildings it is not a pleasure to sit there. Anyways, park is 1min on foot and the river is 5min walking distance.

Amazing stay in this cozy duplex apartment! Everything was impeccably clean. These apartments have everything you need including laundry and water filter. The location is great - close to everything. We will be definitively coming back! Thank you Susanne and Mauro!

Super apartment! It is perfectly located within walking distance of the main areas of Lisbon city, including Time Out market which was very handy. We stayed in Apartment 6 for two nights which was a spacious two floor apartment (it was just a bed up stairs) and a useful kitchenette with a small table, chairs and even a little balcony. Susanne is a great host and Alexandra was another staff member who helped us a lot during our stay. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here especially if staying in Lisbon for a week or longer!

Ideal place to stay while visiting Lisbon for a short trip, or even an extended stay. The studios have had a lot of thought gone into them by Susanne and Mauro-and if there's something you need they will sort for you right away. Enjoy your stay!

Such a nice place, very confortable, decoration is nice and modern, there is everything you need. The location is the best in town, very central near the time out market and there is a wunderfull place downstairs to take a healthy breakfast ( Janice café ). The owner is very welcoming. We will recommended this place to our friends !

Bring some extra Nespresso capsules if you want more coffee as you will get two with the room. That is the only negative I can find. Location, room quality, service all excellent. Will recommend to friends.

This is what a great city experience is all about. The location of "Studios with Mezzanine" has been perfect to explore the different parts of the city by foot. Trains, Tram and other transportation were right in front of our doorstep, to get to places like Sintra, Belem, Cascais and the beaches. After long days, the apartment with mezzanine is like a refuge with great emphasis on detail and comfort. Super fast internet, TV, A/C and Heat, a fully functional kitchen with fresh coffee and all appliances you need, washing facilities, all super clean and lot's of other perks - and of course the cozy mezzanine !! Totally loved it !!

Excellent central location and a nice neighbourhood, close to a train/metro station and a walking distance from the city centrum / pedestrian shopping streets. A cosy, well-equipped apartment and clean rooms. A very nice place to stay during your Lisbon visit!
