The hotel is located near the center, which is very convenient and practical. Just 2 minutes and you are in the midst of the incredible beauty and grandeur of Lisbon. The room is comfortable and compact, looks modern. If necessary, you can contact the hotel staff through the terminal located in the lobby by calling on Skype. You will be gladly helped and assisted in every possible way. The overall impression is positive so I recommend it.

Apartment as described, good location served well by Metro and Bus. The apartment is a bit neglected: old and noisy refrigerator, the kitchen lacks a towel, a new sponge for the dishes, in the bathroom there should be a sanitizing spray detergent, the hook for hanging the shower is positioned 2 meters above to be obsolete, it should be replaced with latches, therefore small but important precautions. While the rooms are a tad dark for my liking everything was spotlessly clean, everything was working and the staff was super responsive and courteous

Good things - good city location and quiet place. Bad things - ants in the appartment! Even in bed. Asked staff to get rid of them twice, but they returned. Could be more clean appartment too. Breakfast box was poor. Overpriced according conditions.

Good place for sleeaping. Apartament i situated 15 minutes to Centre. You do not have to bring towels.

The location is nice. The studio also looks nice, just cleanliness was a bit down.

The rooms are small but clean. The problem with this place is there is no front desk or any staff to assist you. There is a kiosk that you use to check in. It is terrible system, we had a problem using the machine and called on a telephone to an agent who was rude and incompetent . Forty five minutes to check-in to 3 prepaid rooms. They also checked one of our rooms to an either occupied room of it was never cleaned. Back on the phone again.Broken shower,back to the phone. Not with the trouble.

Do not come near. Give us less then we paid for room and said that there's nothing to do cause there's no room left and wouldn't agree to give us our money back and said your problem go to booking . So they hang up the phone on my face and didn't answer my call since.There's load noises of water from the ceilings. The water in the shower as a smell of dirt. And one of the doors of the kitchen fell from itself on me and broke the all stove .luckily I moved fast and it didn't fell on my had. Thay said sorry and that's it! I never saw horrible place and staff like that. Nothing like the pictures!!!
