It was the most horrible booking, I've ever had. I made booking at the booking.com. We came at 21.30 to the reception, as it was written in the reservation. Nobody met us, we called all phone numbers,that were mentioned. There was no response. Then the security guys started to call them for 30 min and finally we got the answer. I didn't receive any emails regarding keys before our arrival, and it turned out that I should have paid in advance. 150 euro has been blocked as a deposit. It hasn't been written anywhere. So, lady told me the code and where to take keys, btw the apartment was in another location. The link for payment didn't work. I was told to come on the next day to pay. We came, but there was nobody. And FYI their office is somewhere in the building, but there is nobody at the reception and I have no idea why tourists with luggage should come to the reception, see there nobody and then go to the apartment. So, I came to the reception later, accidentally I met lady whom to pay. Also she told me that my money will be unblocked during checkout. But my booking in booking.com has been cancelled by them. I paid the full amount for staying, but officially my booking was cancelled. I came there again, called them, ask to come to discuss the reason of cancellation, but my request was denied. After 40 min the manager came, during that time I was writing emails to all possible mailboxes. As a compensation for inconvenience they gave as transfer to the airport for free. My booking still cancelled. To sum up: this is the worst service I've ever had. Location of the apartment was good, cleanliness was acceptable. I put 2 stars for location and their try to make smth good.

Dogs were barking outside ALL THE TIME. We tried to sleep with hearing protection and headphones, closed the windows but we still could hear them. After the first night without sleep we texted the owner but didn’t get an answer. Next night same thing- NO SLEEP, so we messaged again. Before the last night they answered that no other rooms are available. That’s it. Never again

Scam! I have booked this location, yet been sent to a sister location and promised an upgrade. I didn't like it, the internet wasn't even working, and left the property after the first night. They now refuse to pay back even if they promised I would get a refund. Very bad services, would not recommend.

The apartments are well furnished and have been well restored. However, all of this is worth nothing when the bed sheets are full with wholes (burnt with cigarettes) and are way too small for the mattress (resulting in sleeping on top of the mattress as the sheets would not hold).

Terrible. Key to door does not work, electricity in apartment does not work, company did not respond to any urgent contact emails calls. Spent an hour in the hallway with my friend in tears. Went to another hotel. Do not stay, terrible service on top of poor facilities.

Looks like a scam to me. I paid for this on hotels dotcom, but the "apartment" never sent me check-in instructions. They said I couldn't get the code until I sent my credit card number, even though I had already paid on hotels.com. No thanks. I understand there's taxes, but I'm not sending my credit card info to a place with no front desk.

We liked the Apartment very much! The location is great, you can walk everywhere by foot and the line 28 is just near the Apartment. The Check in and check out worked great with the help of a key Box. Communication with the host was also really uncomplicated. The Apartment itself is very well equiped. There is a kitchen and even a Washing Machine. We had a room in the 4th floor and the view was incredible. We would definitely recommend.

Dont book here. Scam. Came here no mail no phone nothing. Edit: Didnt waste any time and booked a different hotel. And reuquested a redund. Hope the owner gets what he deserves. Didn't receive my money back.

Absolutely terrible. Do not stay here. I couldn’t get into the apartment as the lock wouldn’t work. Tried to contact company getaway.com who I booked through and no response. A very stressful and traumatic trip

The room was ok, but tight windows would be useful. The nightly screams of drunks and the roar of vehicles were disturbing every night.

Nice apart hotel well located very efficiently built. Dishwasher and washing machine all available. Nice spot to go get also groceries from nearby. Close to most places in the city and easy access to tram.

I stayed here for a few days and as it was so good I extended my stay, The apartment is very clean and new. It is fully kited out. But the best thing about it is its location. It is located walking distance from all the good things in Lisbon. 2 minutes walk to the best tram, 10 minute walk to the water front, 5 minutes from the best party area and 10 minutes walk from all the top shopping centers . I didn’t get on transport after the second day and just walked. There are many good restaurants 30 seconds away from the apartment too. Plus points - Great location - Amazing apartment - Fully kitted out - Plenty room for storage - Spacious - Clean - Washing machine and dishwasher - Walking distance from supermarket - Minutes away from attractions Low points - It is very expensive. But you get what you pay for. Recommendations: - Get the best room.

Disappointing experience overall! No communication about check-in details until we reached out on the day of arrival to confirm. Wrong wifi information in the room. Dirty towels and overall not very clean (especially the bathroom). Otherwise well equipped with kitchen items, iron board, washer etc. Great location in the center of Lisbon in walking distance to restaurants, mercado, bakeries etc.

I loved this experience and the apartments are very clean. The location is perfect and the apartment is very tranquile. Check in was very easy and the host is fantastic, they helped us get around Lisbon with local tips. Rare fact that the building, despite being vintage has a lift!!! AMAZING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A shame. They canceled our reservation less than 24 hours after our arrival without any type of explanation or alternative.

I don't know what is worse - the building or the hosts. There were rats in the walls!!!! You can hear them when you are trying to sleep which was terrifying. We had to leave the apartment it was so disgusting and so loud. Throughout all of this, the hosts were unprofessional and immature and never met us in person. They cancelled our stay on Booking.com and refused to refund us. They behaved like children throughout and offered no support or care. They didn't answer our calls to the emergency phone number, only messaged on WhatsApp to use passive aggressive smiley faces ":)" The sheets on the bed were covered in stains, we were sent new sheets that were also stained. Towels were dirty. Lamps with no light bulbs in. It was a horrendous experience and I've now lost money as they refuse to refund us. Disgusting all round - people and place.

If I couldn't give a star I would have. Neatly booked via the website at the beginning of August. Also received confirmation and everything seemed well arranged. Until I read a week before that time that the reception was closed after 6 p.m. and we would be late because of our flight. Sent an email on Sunday and we would arrive on Thursday. Heard nothing. I sent a reminder email, but no response and then I started to feel a bit warm under my feet. After calling on the day of departure, it turned out that we did have a reservation confirmation but had not been scheduled. There was no room for us. No sorry, unfortunately you just have to figure it out. Quickly booked something else an hour before leaving home. Obviously much more expensive due to last minute. Really a bad booking system, no response to your emails and I would not book here after reading the many bad reviews!!

We made a reservation many months ago and paid in full (excluding taxes). We spoke to a representative four days ago, where they confirmed our reservation for a three bedroom superior apartment. We expected a confirmation email but were instead ghosted. We then called today while driving into Lisbon, due to this lack of communication. During this call, a representative stated that the room was OVERBOOKED and UNAVAILABLE. They then directed us to Expedia and refused to give a name. There has been NO MENTION of being refunded. We now have to no place to stay TONIGHT and they DO NOT CARE. BEWARE!
