    It’s just a nightmare, pls don’t do our mistakes. It was a bad decision to stay via Altido apartments. We’ve booked our apartment 3 weeks prior the trip and they cancelled it on the last minute, just a few hours before the arrival. They mentioned that other guests have a COVID and they just can’t help us. The Lisbon is full of tourists and it’s pretty hard to book smth in a last minute. We did one more try via Altido (don’t ask why…) and booked another flat and receive confirmations and everything, but right after the checking in they cancel the booking because of electricity problem. Never ever again. Very bad and poor management. Don’t look on a beautiful pictures - you don’t want this experience.

    We booked a 3 night stay at there property at rua do passadico 28. Lovely apartment in a nice area but service was an absolute nightmare. We were not informed that you had to pick up the keys from their office which is almost a twenty minute ride from the apartment. When we picked up the keys they only gave us one key for an apartment that sleeps 6. They promised to provide another key which they never did. Further they never granted us access to view the house rules. The Internet and cable were not working to which they said they would fix which they never did. They did provide a wireless hotspot but that didn't work for the first two days so we have been stuck with no connectivity for all but the last few hours of our trip and the weather has been stormy for the last day and half so screwed. Customer service says they are on it and passing to the team to fix but nobody calls or shows up. They pretty much just lie and wait for you to leave. Lastly the apartment has none of the kitchen or bathroom basics such as shower gels, washing powder or salt and pepper. I couldn't recommend this property due to the company servicing it which is a shame as its really nice. 1 star because you can't give zero.

    Would not recommend this place to stay in Lisboa. We planned to stay here from 22 up until 24 April 2022. As we were informed that there would most likely be a strike by Ryan Air’s cabin crew on 22 April, we contacted Altido on 16 April and again on 17 April (the latest date on which we could have cancelled our trip and receive a full refund). We explained our situation and requested whether there would be a possibility to still cancel our trip later that week (when we would have certainty about the strike) or postpone our trip to a later moment that week (without losing the possibility to receive a full refund). Someone from Altido confirmed that this was indeed possible, the only possible additional cost would relate to the fact that we would travel in a more expensive period of the year e.g. in the summer the prices would be higher. On 20 April it was confirmed by Ryan Air that there would indeed be a strike and that we would not be able to travel to Lisboa. We have immediately informed Altido that we wanted to postpone our trip. They informed us that this was not possible (although we were previously informed otherwise). We have contacted Airbnb who confirmed that they would do anything in their power to help us but Altido was not willing to look for a solution and did not even want us to postpone and re-book. We called Altido multiple times to re-explain our situation, but they were agressive and not helpful at all in their communications. Due to their actions we only received a partial refund (i.e. No refund for the first night and only 50% for the second/third night). If we were correctly informed on 17 April we would have immediately cancelled in order to receive a full refund.

    Never again these kind of big corps. They don't care about the guests, they don't care about the apartment. Zero service. These corps are killing holiday rentals

    The accommodation we stayed in was on rua do poços dos negroes, Lisbon. We found everything clean and with all the services well maintained, the bed large and comfortable. It has a parking space which makes your stay much easier. It is true that they put on heating and there was none, which they solved quickly. Always attentive to our queries or doubts, whatever the time. I would improve the soundproofing since you can hear the street a lot.

    We hired (and paid in advance!) an appartment with a double bed and a double sofa bed. We phoned and emailed them to tell them that we were a couple with 3 daughters, and asked if the bed was ok for the older two, and if the baby could sleep with us. They said of course... The sofa bed was broken down and when we called they just offered us to send us a video showing us how to open it, as if we were stupid. I had to send them pictures and videos of our broken sofa. After many calls and losing my evening in Lisbon and my patiencethey sent someone to come and check that it was broken. Of course it was. He was very kind but the only think he could do is to bring some bricks and pieces of wood to try improvise setting for my daughters to sleep on. A complete disaster. Altido should have checked that everything was ready for us in advance!

    Our stay at their property near Avenida and subsequent dealings with ALTIDO did not meet expectations. I would not recommend booking a place to stay with ALTIDO under any circumstances.

    AVOID!! Arrived in Lisbon and they cancelled 2 hours before check in. Nightmare. They offered a studio flat 30 minutes outside Lisbon as a replacement still overpriced. Luckily there were last minute hotels available in our original area - don’t waste your time with these guys avoid them before it’s too late.

    Flat is a nightmare. All walls / windows are dirty, bathrooms smells all the time like someone didn’t flush in the toilet, the sofa is broken and we found 2 alive cockroaches Definitely do not recommend, seems like nobody cares about the condition of the apartments. Tried to call to complain about the stuff described above and nobody responded

    SCAMMERS... DO NOT BOOK HERE Worst experience ever. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST We arrived on the first day. paid 75 euro each (2 people) for cleaning before arrival. This was just not cleaned. I found a dead insect in my bedroom in a pretty obvious place. I threw the insect away and went to the bathroom where i sat down on the toilet. seconds later my toilet seat dissapeared from underneath me. The showers were cold. other things were broken. We work full time but still received daily noise complaints every night for parties. for our entire stay.... 31 days straight partying without exceptions seems a little excessive for anyone... we also requested 3 keys (for 2 renters on top of the key we already had) according to altido.. just not true. we were charged for the making of these 3 keys as well. we even requested another key after we have already left? seems unlikely right? we also scratched a car with the bird steps.. when we parked the steps there were no other cars around.. It is not like they move on their own accord.... astronomical as luck can be we also managed to scratch the exact car that belong to our landlord...... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

    Catfish organization! We booked a stay with this management company. On our train into Lisbon I saw recent reviews calling this company a “catfish” organization. We arrived to find a once beautiful apartment with grime on walls in each room. Some with food. A floor heater instead of “heat”. A bathroom with a toilet that had fecal matter and surface mold in it. A bathroom drawer filled with hairs. And the shower head didn’t work. Internet didn’t work. A huge 6ft cabinet was hanging by a hinge. Loose wires were tucked above the kitchen sink. There is more. We tried to stick it out because one of the employees was so caring and put effort to help out us and his company. After finding hairs in our blanket we got a hotel at 9pm at night. The next day after finding new lodging we dropped off the keys and the manager/owner proceeds to minimize our experience. Then we get a message stating they will not refund us. This group should be ashamed trying to deceive tourists. Incredible, that they did not see our meeting as constructive, they can be better than writing to us, “They will not refund us”. This is not a humble response. Maybe some have gotten lucky but if you have any issues you better believe it’s your fault and you are going to pay for it. Pictures below. Btw, there’s a picture of your heater for an approximate “700” sq ft apartment. They will claim it’s for the “200” sq ft bedroom, but what about the rest of the space?

We have immediately informed Altido that we wanted to postpone our trip, as discussed. They informed us that this was not possible (although we were previously informed otherwise, and this was just 3 days earlier). We have contacted Airbnb who confirmed that the Airbnb policy does allow such alterations and that they would do anything in their power to help us. Airbnb negotiated with them for several days, but Altido was not willing to look for any solution and did not even want us to postpone and re-book. We called Altido multiple times to re-explain our situation, but they were aggressive and not helpful at all in their communications. Due to their actions we only received a partial refund (i.e. No refund for the first night and only 50% for the second/third night). If we were correctly informed by Altido on 17 April, we would have been able to take our precautions and we would have immediately cancelled in order to receive a full refund.

    The worst renting experience I ever had. After changing our reservation 4 days before our arrival (that was impossible to find alternative in such a short notice) we were offered with an alternative way far from the city center, we didn’t get any assistance, we had to collect the keys crossing all the city driving one hour in the traffic and then come back where our flat is located. In addition there was no discount, but I was even charged more then my initial paid price. The flat has a lot of things broken including a window that leaves our flat always open. We definetly don’t feel safe and this experience ruined completely our stay in Lisbon.

    Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the heart of the district with lots of places to eat and drink. Parking is a real bonus but you wont need your car as the trams and bus stops very close by and Lisbon has excellent public transport. The apartment was large, bright and had more than enough space for 4 people with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating. Altido were a fantastic company to let from - clear information at time of booking and very straightforward check in./check out. I wouldnt hesitate to stay with them again or to recommend them on.

    Environment great. The best restaurants within walking distance, also a central train station reachable in 19 minutes! “Customer service” flop. 2x emails from us, 1x email from our travel staff who booked the trip for us and 1x SMS sent to fix the sewer stench and 1x free-roaming cockroach as a roommate. 24 hour customer service is a joke. I'd love to go back to Lisbon, but not from Altido. PS: Altido - saves you the "thanks for the feedback blablabla. You can save yourself the copied text template" All good ✌️

    I've been to Lisbon and Porto a few times for work and I've always stayed with ALTIDO. The team is available 24 hours a day for any queries you may have, the apartments I stayed in were exactly like the photos and the cleanliness of the properties has always been impeccable. I definitely recommend ALTIDO to all of my family and friends.

    We had a great stay in Lisbon, around the corner from Cais do Sodre & the Time Out market. Communication with ALTIDO was clear and quick, checking in and out was a breeze, and everything worked perfectly. Our flat quickly felt like home, in a great location with nightlife around the corner and the minimart across the street. We had everything we needed for a great stay, and can't wait to go back again.

    Amazing experience!! We lived there for 3 months and we couldn't be more happy. Amazing house in one of the best areas of Lisbon, next to Bairro Alto, Rossio and the river. On top of that Pedro has been an amazing host taking care of everything we needed. I will be staying there for sure when I come again

    Extremely disorganized and frustrating experience. Came in early waited for more that 2 hrs watched staff check in 3 people ahead of me, starting 2:30pm while telling me I need to wait til 3pm. Before arriving email said need to go office and pick up the keys at the office they told me the opposite.

    Pedro, Cynthia and the whole Altido team are brilliant. You don't need Airbnb in Lisbon–these guys give a much more local and personal touch to find a place to stay. Can't recommend enough–professional, friendly and hardworking.

    We rented what turned out to be a damp and mildew infected place that smelled like a cat litter box. There was even ants. We checked ourselves in somewhere else in fear of getting sick.

    STAY AWAY from this company , they are scammers , after we left the apartment they requested for 450 eur payment for a broken door lock that was never there from the first place , they send old and fake pictures as proof for AIRbnb asking money from ukrainian refugee , you should be a shame of yourself

    Avoid booking with these guys!! Having been cancelled on the day before we were due to check in, and leaving a group of 6 people that had already flown to Lisbon, without accommodation for a special holiday I came on here to see the reviews - cannot BELIEVE how many people have had the same situation!!! They claimed it was a leak in the apartment but seeing all the last minute cancellations there is clearly something dodgy going on!! Avoid booking through these guys, had to book a last minute accommodation that has left us all very out of pocket. Huge disappointment especially when initially paid in full months ago.

    WARNING! Do Not Book with this company. They cancelled our booking the day we arrived in Lisbon, made no attempt to find us alternative accommodation and left us high and dry looking for alternative accommodation at last minute. We had to pay triple the amount to get suitable accommodation for visit. Stay well clear. UPDATE: The response from Altido attempts to invalidate what I have written in my review, what they don't tell you is that they knew their was an issue from the previous guests days prior to their "Cleaning Team" attending the apartment. This company is not trust worthy and they will offer no compensation and leave you in a country effectively homeless. I reiterate STAY WELL CLEAR.
