Nice shop with the usual products. Prices are more or less the same as the other supermarkets. My biggest issue is the completely unnecessary rude behaviour of the staff. I walked into the store through an apparent exit lane that had remained open, with no “exit” signage, as someone forgot to close the lane. Next thing I get approached by an employee who rudely tells me I may not enter through this lane. I even took the employee with me to show him that there is no signage prohibiting me from entering, as the lane was open, and you can only see the exit lane sign once the lane is closed. Instead of treating me like a customer who’s about to spend money in the store, and instead of agreeing with me that it’s the store’s responsibility to keep all access under control, and wish me a nice day, he continued to harass me. At which point I just walked away from him to do my shopping..since it’s not my place to educate employees on how to treat customers in this establishment. So beware how you get in, and don’t cross paths with disgruntled staff members..

One of the worst grocery stores in the area. I’ve been going there for at least 2 years and the products quality has worsened quite significantly. Most of the vegetables are covered in mold, bananas and tomatoes are literally rotten. Lately, we’ve been throwing away almost 30% of what we bought. From now on I’d rather go 15 minutes further than step into this Auchan ever again.

Nice supermarket but stocks are sometimes very strange or limited. There are days when you can’t buy any beef at all due to its abscence. There is no more oat or soy milk barista esitions and other strange stock decisions

One of the only places you can get decent and reasonably priced French products in Lisbon; wine, cheese, butter, etc. Good variety of produce that is not necessary to wrap in plastic (although sadly, many people still do). They also have lots of spices, bulk, and organic options.

This place is well supplied and ample. Also, the seafood and meat here is well stocked and reasonable.

I am very Gluten and Lactose Intolerant. When I discovered the HUGE Gluten Free section, spanning over 3 meters, I parked my shopping cart, and started studying the labels. I spent so much time the first time, that a Security guy came to visit! I spent 3 months in Lisbon, and shopped there = and the Gluten Free section - 3 times a week! Wonderful store.

Formerly known as Jumbo, this is the only grocery store inside the shopping center "Amoreiras", it is fairly big and even has an area with electronics and other technologies, being a big shop it has a nice variety of products but they tend to be expensive. The lines to get it can be a bit long, they implemented self checkout inside which helps but I think most people will not use it due to being older and unaccustomed to it, nevertheless best option around for groceries

Decent assortment, but you really need to be on your toes with their offers. They almost never go in to the discounted price, and then you need to alert staff and wait for them to correct it. Of course without an apology. I also don’t think I’ve ever seen a member of the staff there actually smile.

Really useful place for groceries. Loved the options of hot food & the selection of teas! But the self-service machines are a pain to use.

I was with my kid on the playground in front of it with my wife doing the shopping. My son started running inside the store when I lost him. I asked the security for help to find the child and the answer was: "I am busy now and cannot help". The guys were doing some paperwork work and could not stop to help a missing child. That says a lot about the store that values paperwork more than the safety of a child. I do not recommend it if you have children or need any help

Be careful! They have added INSECT products all over the supermarket now. I have seen them in several areas now, next to honeys and cereals, and in the foreign food section. Labelling is tiny.

Big supermarket with large variety of products. It has a self checking cashiers which reduces the lines, very easy to use and the consultants are always there to help. One of not many places where I found grapefruit juice.

If you shop after work, don’t expect to buy anything here. In particular meat and fish sections are completely empty after about 17:00-19:00 in the evening. There is also lack of fruit and vegetable selection. I came up to the reception and asked Auchan representatives what were the best week days to shop for fresh meat and fish, implying that there might have been certain days they restock and buy all this. Their answer was “We restock every day. You just need to shop in the morning” Seriously, guys? 😅 Please tell me people, how many of you shop in the morning, out of those who works every day? 1 start for poor supply and demand management.

😠 Why don't you hire an English-speaking employee if you're a Colombo Continente client service? It's a place that many foreigners visit, so shouldn't the counselor know how to speak English? It's impossible for the staff to consult the customer only in Portuguese. I don't know anything else, but our...
