We booked over a month in advance and they cancelled the booking at midnight before we were supposed to arrive (apparently because they overbooked us), leaving us scrambling to find a new place to stay. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately the apartment 4 did not meet my expectations. I agree location is great and apartment is well equipped (minus issues with AC) and spacious, just really sad to have stained furniture and walls, mouldy broken shower drain, dust and top it off ripped towel. Also not sure what those dusty baskets in the bathroom were for.

Very beautiful houses recently renewed. Very nice design. Structure very clean and complete with every confort. I cannot give the 5 stars because do the check in here is so difficult. I struggled a lot to pay the Lisbon tax

We arrived on Tuesday 3rd January, we were allowed to check in early to the apartment due to my mobility issues. This was greatly appreciated. The apartment is airy and well presented, though no cleaning products were available apart from brush n pan. The beds were v comfortable, lots of closet space was provided. The water pressure and temperature in the showers were perfect, location of the property was fantastic, quite close to the Time Out Market. The service received from the managing agent lacked a personal touch. The property was advertised as having Netflix and Prime video available. The TV displayed these services but we were unable to access them. We reported this issue to the management of the flat more than twice but no one responded to us, throughout our stay from Tues to Friday. Underneath the settee in the living area had not been swept and there were signs of black mould in the shower cubicle in the master ensuite. The flat is a great property and could benefit from better property management. I would stay in an Airbnb property next time, as I value the personal touch highly.

4 of us stayed in apartment 66 for a long weekend and it was great! Really easy to get in to and out of the city and super easy to get to from the airport. We didn't venture to Pink Street but it's only a 10 minute walk from the front door. I'd definitely recommend staying here and will book to return with my partner in the future!

Canaan LifeStile Apartment is perfect. Large, bright, airy apartment, very clean and with light decor and very well located, it has everything we need. We are loving it!! I highly recommend it.

Nice apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen well equipped. The location is also very nice and near of chiado. We were on the second floor and the only downside was we could listen the people above us walking. Wasn’t a normal sound of people walking in a wood floor. Seemed they were jump in our heads at the night.

We had the apartment from 15:00 . The cleaning people was still here when we arrived at 18:00 . We where told to wait until they where done.. The apartment is so dirty! It’s disgusting!! Our feet is getting completely black an dirty after walking on the floor. We are 6 people but there are only 3 glasses. In general the kitchen lags many basic things. Stov and dishwasher doesn’t work. And the kettle is so disgusting!! This apartment is a big SCAM!!! Stay away!!! The elevator is stuck. An it was this click/banging sound. Very noisy we can hear it in the apartment.

OH MY GOD this place is amazing! It’s so big, the rooms are big, near to places of their tourist spots, to the stations and food! The only thing that I was not really liking much is they have this small circular chair and when I sat on it, it was actually broken cause the feet was limp. Good thing it didn’t collapse when I sat but definitely broken. Overall, tho amazing! Love love the place! Comes with fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kitchen sink and ac! The photo is what the outside of the apartment looks like :)

Loved this place. We had the top floor two bedroom apartment for four of us. Lots of communication prior to arrival so no problems getting in. Big spacious place with sloping roof in the lounge. Perhaps a little sparse in terms of furniture but its no show flat and we spent so little time in there during our long weekend. Its on a quiet road but close enough to walk to most placesor take a tram/taxi. Slept really well considering its location being in an area of bars and restaurants. Would have no hesitation to stay here again and would definately recommend to others.

We had booked several months previously. Two days before we were due to enter the country, we received a call from a Spanish phone number. Unfortunately we missed the call. The shock came immediately afterwards. Our reservation was simply canceled. With the reason: “our room is currently being renovated”. We suspect that our room was simply “overbooked” to other vacationers for more money. We were just lucky that it wasn't peak season and we found another apartment very quickly.
