We
arrived
on
Tuesday
3rd
January,
we
were
allowed
to
check
in
early
to
the
apartment
due
to
my
mobility
issues.
This
was
greatly
appreciated.
The
apartment
is
airy
and
well
presented,
though
no
cleaning
products
were
available
apart
from
brush
n
pan.
The
beds
were
v
comfortable,
lots
of
closet
space
was
provided.
The
water
pressure
and
temperature
in
the
showers
were
perfect,
location
of
the
property
was
fantastic,
quite
close
to
the
Time
Out
Market.
The
service
received
from
the
managing
agent
lacked
a
personal
touch.
The
property
was
advertised
as
having
Netflix
and
Prime
video
available.
The
TV
displayed
these
services
but
we
were
unable
to
access
them.
We
reported
this
issue
to
the
management
of
the
flat
more
than
twice
but
no
one
responded
to
us,
throughout
our
stay
from
Tues
to
Friday.
Underneath
the
settee
in
the
living
area
had
not
been
swept
and
there
were
signs
of
black
mould
in
the
shower
cubicle
in
the
master
ensuite.
The
flat
is
a
great
property
and
could
benefit
from
better
property
management.
I
would
stay
in
an
Airbnb
property
next
time,
as
I
value
the
personal
touch
highly.
