When we arrived at 11 p.m. our code does not work... (we are not the only ones) so really limited then no light on the stairs... arrived at the room beautiful but not very clean (piece of tomato found on the floor ) window of the apartment with dead trees really deplorable for hygiene then no things to clean the room and hear the laundry because machines are available no one to welcome us while there is a lot of information missing for example for the breakfast or other we don't know anything... disappointed

The room was dirty and uncleaned from the previous tenants. Inadvisable.

Not very centrally located and requires some serious walking to the Elfama district. Although beautifully upgraded it is situated in a run down area full of graffiti. The bedroom is very small and some lights were not working. Be also aware that the promised daily service does not include the making of the beds. In the light of the above I think it is overpriced.

Located in the middle of Lisbon's old town near the port, the house offers modern apartments at relatively affordable prices. But: there is no reception, prior registration by telephone is required then you will receive your room code with which you can enter the house and the room for the duration of your stay. If you can't communicate reasonably well in English, you should stay away from making a reservation!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Service was fantastic. We even got to wash our clothes as they provided us with washing machines. Very Nice and clean. Everything was top of the range. Would highly recommend anyone going to Lisbon to stay there. The price was very reasonable.

Handsome and well sited apartment with a rather nice concrete floor and bathroom. However, the pillows were sparse & unsupportive, the bed not the most comfortable & the hallway light did not work.

New furnished room has strong odor. But room facilities are awesome. This is a new kinda hotel without a front desk clerk. Doors are password accessed so early check in and late check out are not possible. They do provide a locker in the building main entrance hall for your luggages. Very easy access to train.

Well-located accommodation in the Alfama in close proximity to Santa Apolonia train station. Room with a view of the Tagus and the train station. Regular room service and good contact with the owners via the Internet. Registration via electronic kiosk takes some getting used to. Good room layout. The amazing thing was the view of the sunrise on the Tejo.

Quite disappointed with our stay here. A beautifully renovated building right next to Alfama with great access to transport links. However, it is very lacking in other areas. There is a severe and dangerous lack of lighting in the corridors, which actually make it dangerous to navigate. I nearly took a tumble down the stairs due to this fact. I'm all for saving energy, but the safety of guests surely is paramount? Inside the apartment itself, although there is more than enough space, there is a serious lack of items you would normally use. For example, the pseudo mini bar includes bottles of wine, but no wine glasses are provided. The floor of our room was covered in white paint splatters, which really took away from the otherwise beautiful decor and attention to detail. Also, the double bed was shoved right up against the wall, meaning one of you has to crawl to the bottom of the bed or climb over the person next to you. It's not all bad though. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and we had a great view overlooking the river. TV needs some English channels. Just some news channels in English would do. We were overcharged the city tax and it was a bit of a pain getting them to refund us, but to be fair this originally was the fault of the booking agent. For the money we paid, in hindsight we could have stayed somewhere better. The company need to take a closer look at general maintenance and add a few more items for it to be good value. Lisbon is an amazing city with plenty of choice for your accommodation needs, so don't feel you need to put up with the negative points raised in my review.

We love this little sanctuary. It is located beside the train station and it is a very easy access to reach places. They have washing machine in this place and cleaning service to clean your room everyday

Sparkling clean well equipped apartments. The storage space is available after you check out. Located very close to train and bus stations. Their support while you are there is 10/10

Great place, metro and train station 200m away, also grocery store inside train station. If you want you can also take a walk to the city center, it's not so far away. We really enjoyed our vacation in Lisbon, thanks to Hello Lisbon.

Terrible experience, do not stay at this apartment. 2 nights and 3 days without hot water at all, I am traveling with my family and baby 11 months and none of us have had a shower for 3 days. Customer service keeps saying to wait till boiler will heat the water and cannot support us at all. I got an infection on my eye probably here also my baby has not been cleaned for 3 days. Don't take this risk at all. My holidays turn to be a nightmare since we checked in at this place. We have requested a baby cot when we did the booking and they were not baby cot when we arrived and again a massive stress of 5 calls to get it here. The check is system is automatic thought a machine which doesn't ready my wife id card and did not ready my baby passport therefore they were not checked in which makes us vulnerable and uncover from any insurance. It is unhealthy place. All that you want on holidays is a nice relax and amazing bath which you will not get it here at all.

The housekeeper did not come once so no clean towels or clean sheets or toilet paper. It was not noted anywhere but no real reception just an intercom, and reception only answers in the evening so there should be no emergency. Even the number listed on Google does not respond. Apartment clean only on the surface and common areas not at all maintained, no light on the stairs, which resulted in some falls. The first 2 days no breakfast despite our complaint. Lunch is worth 9 euros per person per day which is not worth it because the same thing all the time. The milk, butter and jam left in the box outside the door without being in the fridge is a bit average. I also advise people running this establishment to put an umbrella in the rooms for people who want to go to the beach. But also salt, pepper. Additionally you encountered some very noisy neighbors. Despite all its inconvenience no response from the customer service of the apartments or no contact possible with last minute (our intermediary site to book)

Good location but too many negative points for my taste for a 4 star. 1 Too little isolated from other rooms. 2 TV that doesn't work. 3 50% cleaning done before our arrival 4 A virtual welcome so it was difficult to contact them upon arrival to enter the hotel (Stayed 20 minutes in front with the suitcases, and we were not the only ones) 5 Breakfasts every other day, that’s rather limited 6 The stairwell in the dark is nice for walking up 4 floors 7 No cleaning kit provided during the stay 8 You Can Make Washing Machines But Nothing To Expand Your Line 9 Do not sleep with the windows open because the SNCF station is 50 m away, so the trains and announcements every 3 minutes (also nice) Personally I would come back to Lisbon but certainly not to this hotel.

Very bad, they gave us a dirty room and did not refund our money, even though we had not stayed.
