    First I was deceived by the operator about the price of the consultation. I traveled 120 km to Coimbra and had a first consultation with a dermatologist who, after the diagnosis I suspected was not confirmed, through a very expensive analysis, completely ruled me out as a patient and did not communicate with me further when asked about the next the steps to follow. It confirms my suspicions that in these private hospitals there is no professionalism or consideration for the patient and that they only want easy cases to resolve at exorbitant prices.

    My son had a teleradiography at H. da Luz on 3/11, when I asked if I could take the exam results with me I was informed that it was already available on the My Luz App. On 6/11, when accessing the app, I was unable to view the exam because access to my son's file was restricted, as he was already over 16 years old. I was told that I should contact the My Luz WhatsApp support line, I made the first contact on 6/11 and they were unable to resolve the problem in a timely manner! Unfortunate! I had to pay for the exam on the spot, but I don't have access to the exam results right away! They have a lot to improve, especially the administrative service! Result: my son could not be evaluated in consultation because he did not have access to the exam! I do not recommend this company!

    Bad service. They have a poorly working APP that they refer people to. They never meet exam delivery deadlines and only show up after complaining. Shameful.

    Friendliness in service is practically nil. When we go to schedule exams and the like, they do not inform us of relevant conditions for carrying them out, which means that time is wasted at the time. (Regarding Hospital da Luz Oeiras)

    Terrible service!!! Terrible attendance! I went for treatment, they informed me that to proceed with the treatment they needed to ask my health insurance for authorization. The exam was still scheduled and they told me that if there was anything wrong on the insurance side they would inform me. When the day of the exam arrived, I took the exam and when I left they told me that they would now send the bill to the insurance and then the insurance would do the math with me. As soon as they tried to charge the insurance, the insurance immediately said they would not pay because they had not received any type of authorization request from them!!! From then on, responsibility began to be attributed to the customer. They send me the invoice several times, I already called, they said they are analyzing it. Today, to my surprise, I received a letter from the lawyer at Hospital da Luz saying that they are going to sue me!!! Never going back!!!! Hospital worse than any public hospital!!!!!

    I went for an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the Miseric Hospital in Évora with terrible service, in addition to waiting for hours, then only after the 5th nurse, they managed to get the vein, but who are those nurses? If it was an emergency as it was, in addition to being left in a state of misery, I saw others passing in front of me to do the exams and I was there, either one would try it or another would come, please do not include these units in units of the light, they are a shame. While waiting in the room where the nurses and assistants were, it was crowded and they had difficulty getting in. Where is the HLuz distance? Finally I went there to do the exams and at the end they said I couldn't bring the report because the printer had been broken for days. I already have an appointment scheduled and now I don't have the report. I asked to send it by email and they didn't know if my colleagues could do it. I asked the nurse to ask the doctor to make a summary so I could show the doctor that I couldn't either. How can this happen? It's just that I have a lot of difficulty booking an appointment with this doctor in Lisbon, it's always crowded. Please change the printer or buy a new one as no one can fix it. It's not just about receiving the money because we all paid and came away empty-handed. Light, be careful who you hire.

    A Teleconsultation scheduled and paid for at 4:30 pm on Saturday was scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on Sunday. More than fifteen hours later. Unbelievable… It would be better to carry out correct actions than false advertising.
