It’s
not
terrible,
but
a
little
disappointing
given
the
high
price
point
of
26€
per
person.
They
seem
to
try
to
justify
the
price
by
offering
a
full
1h40m
worth
of
content,
but
90%
of
this
content
is
self-guided.
Also,
it’s
described
as
an
experience
for
people
of
all
ages,
but
everything
felt
like
it
was
aimed
at
a
child
audience.
It
would
have
been
much
nicer
if
it
was
more
like
a
real
museum
—
with
exhibits
showcasing
some
surviving
artifacts,
and
some
deeper
exploration
of
the
impacts
the
earthquake
had
on
politics,
society,
philosophy,
or
science.
But
it
barely
touches
on
these
things
and
is
mostly
set
up
like
an
attraction
at
a
children’s
theme
park,
with
cheap
plastic
props,
basic
special
effects,
and
cartoonish
looking
videos.
There’s
also
a
whole
“time
travel”
segment
that
doesn’t
contribute
anything
meaningful,
except
maybe
a
“wow”
factor
if
you’re
under
13.
The
two
rides
where
you
get
to
“feel”
an
earthquake
were
quite
gimmicky
and
unrealistic.
Maybe
it’s
my
perspective
as
someone
who
has
personally
lived
through
a
real
major
earthquake,
but
this
part
of
the
experience
was
pretty
detached
from
reality.
It
wasn’t
all
terrible
though.
The
interactive
science
experiments
showing
things
like
how
plate
tectonics
work,
the
propagation
of
P
&
S
waves,
and
the
effect
on
buildings
was
all
informative
and
well
put
together.
The
staff
and
tour
guides
that
assist
you
are
friendly
and
helpful.
But
honestly
I
would
ONLY
recommend
this
as
an
educational
experience
for
children.
If
you’re
in
a
group
of
just
adults,
it’s
not
worth
it
in
my
opinion.
