We wish we had discovered this hotel sooner! We stayed one night and really enjoyed this hotel. The lobby and rooms are clean and contemporary is design. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable. Bathroom was large and comfortable to be in with a very nice shower. Staff were very friendly and nice to chat with. About a 20 minute walk from Baxia and Chiado areas. We will definitely stay here again.

Was looking forward to our stay here. Upon date changes to my trip I tried to cancel the hotel booking. It was non refundable so I requested for a change of dates and was willing to pay for the difference in date change. The hotel denied the refund, AND denied any date change because the new dates didn't have a non refundable room despite still have refundable rooms. I asked if I could pay the difference and was fine if they made the room non refundable thereafter date change. Hotel was not flexible nor wanted our business. We were left with option 1. Forfeiting our booking with full lost of cost and 2. Finding dates (despite not living there and trying to book 6 months in advance mind you) that had "non refundable" rooms when they had "refundable" rooms available (despite paying difference AND accepting of the hotel if they gave us a "refundable" room and turned it "non refundable". They wouldn't accomodate at all. Horrible customer service !

The hotel is easily accessible with the Green line. It has a good location to main landmarks. Despite some signs of homeliness, the neighborhood is still safe to walk at night. The room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. One suggestion: it would be nice to vary more the breakfast options, and, in the city of sweet oranges, it would be great to offer freshly-squeezed oranges. It would really make the breakfast experts tad tastier. What makes this place a great place is the service. The breakfast crew was very attentive and friendly, and so was the reception team. Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we could not stay at the hotel because our travel agency made "a mistake" and no room was reserved for my wife, our 2 year old child and me. But the lady at the reception was super nice and let us stay in the lobby until we could clarify where to go. If the hotel is as good as the staff nice, then clear recommendations.

The service here is extra! I had booked an ordinary room that really wasn't soundproof, They then upgraded me to their superior room --with a balcony and sound proof and just lovely to chill out after a long day of sightseeing. Thanks to Marco who was a star in listening to me. Everyone is really nice, helpful and kind which makes the stay worth it. The rooms are cleaned daily. I am not a breakfast person so I missed the much reviewed breakfast at €10. Next door is a supermarket so you can get anything you forget. There are also many eating places close by. I highly recommend Lx Soho Boutique Hotel --well worth it!

Very friendly staff. Very clean building and room. Single queen room is just the bedroom and bathroom but has a little shelf in the window you can use as a desk if needed. Closet, fridge, and safe are all present as well as bedside tables. Just the basics, but everything is very well maintained.

What a lovely place! Cozy and clean hotel with well equipped rooms. A huge bed, two nightstands, TV, electric pot, mugs and tea, fridge, closet with a rack and shelves, big mirror in the room, hairdryer. Shower is spacious. Also we got a room much earlier than check in time which was very helpful after an early morning flight. We arrived at 11.00 just to drop off the bags, because check in was only at 14.00, but a sweet sir at the front desk checked available rooms and found one for us. We are so happy! Highly recommend this hotel.

The Lx Soho Boutique hotel is a recently renovated hotel. It was very clean, the service was great. The staff was welcoming, from the manger to the front desk and staff at the restaurant. The breakfast items included fruits, eggs, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice and typical Portuguese pastries. The room was small but comfortable enough for two people. However, the shower door had a gap that led to the floor being very wet. The room door is pretty tricky, so you have to make sure the door is locked when you pull it in. The hotel is located a short 3 minute walk to one of the trains that in 3 to 4 stops takes you to the city center. Overall we had a great stay at the Lx Soho Boutique hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were given the warmest of welcomes by Sofia, who checked us in smoothly and offered lots of advice and tips about Lisbon. Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The shower was absolutely fantastic. As it was February we used the air con to warm the room in the evening. Despite being on a busy street the room was quiet and we slept well. My parents also stayed at the hotel and were just as impressed. The hotel is located just a 2 minute walk from the Anjos metro station, so was a great location. We took an uber back to the airport at a cost of 7 euro so that was convenient too, especially with luggage. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it did look good. An absolutely brilliant hotel.

Our room is so small that we can barely move, won’t be able to open suitcase comfortably. Towels are not of high quality, and…the view from the window is a wall. First for everything😐Very pricy and definitely not a boutique hotel. I am sure that there are better places in this price range.

Great room, very clean and well kept. Good location and friendly service. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Would use again.

Very nice, clean, modern and welcoming hotel. Pleasant staff and lovely facilities and in a good location with local walking amenities and metro 2 mins walk away. A little loud sometimes with noises from other rooms, but didn’t ruin the experience or stay. A good touch with high speed usb charging ports in the rooms, I didn’t have to purchase a power plug adaptor. Would recommend and would stay again

Clean and friendly and close enough for all we wanted to do Liked · Location was good, either walked, took transit or Uber to where we needed to go; maybe a 20 min walk before reaching the a downtown area. Hotel was very clean and the staff were great! We were even offered an upgrade, as the very nice front desk clerk recognised it was my birthday, to a unit at the front of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the street, though not entirely sure this was a positive move, as the courtyard units appeared to have more space, at least on the balconies. We didn't eat here, but the breakfast buffet looked very nice as we passed by. Disliked · There was no parking with the property itself. Parking options were the street or a nearby garage. We chose the garage for safety, but didn't realise it would be an additional EUR$70 for the 3 days there; thought that was a bit much. As mentioned above, our (upgraded) room was a bit on the small side.

I didn't stay here but wanted to surprise a friend who was staying here for her birthday. I called the reception and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and together we organised a little birthday surprise for my friend. Wonderful service!

Lovely hotel, perfectly located next to metro station. Staff friendly and beautiful boutique style room (as advertised). Comfy bed. Very clean with maid service every day we were there. Breakfast was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a nice location and environment here! To the center only 2 stations and back to the airport only 30 minutes! And the staff are all super nice! They greeting with you and cleaning your room super professional! I really recommend you choose it!

The staff are great and very helpful. They have complimentary Portuguese pastries, chamomile tea, and lemon water for guests to enjoy. The pastéis de nata are sooo good. Location is a little outside the city center where all the tourist attractions are, but the metro is a block away, plus Bolt taxis are very affordable, so it's easy to get around. Plus, there's a grocery store right next door, which has some really good pastries and other prepared foods to-go.

The hotel is located a twenty minute walk from the center of Lisbon. The rooms are clean with a nice balcony without a view. The breakfast is basic, I liked the fact that the waitress makes you the kind of coffee you ask for. The value for the price and the attitude are good

Stayed here for four days and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near metro, the staff are friendly and speak English, the rooms are clean and comfortable and well-equipped (great shower heads!). The breakfast is decent especially the fruit and pastry offerings. I found my room to be a bit small for the price though and felt it a bit odd the ‘lobby’ / first floor of the hotel is in the middle of a Tapas restaurant.

We loved our stay here, they accommodated us by letting us check in early and Nuno at the front desk was so kind and gave us tons of suggestions for places to visit for our first time in Lisbon. The rooms aren’t very big but they have everything you could need to be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great value for your money. Modern and clean rooms. Great, all you can eat breakfast buffet for 10 euros. Rooms would be 200 euros a night in Washington, DC, but they are 60 euros here. Staff is very helpful and polite. Seconds from Anjos Metro stop. There is a bodega and mini grocery next door if you forgot some toiletries

I stayed 4 nights, the staff is super friendly, the rooms was excellent, the bathroom as well. They have breakfast, also was very good. The metro and multiple bus stop are closer, a great benefit. I felt very confortable there. Thank you very much for your services.

I had a great mini vacation (3 night 4 day) stay in this small boutique hotel. The room was spotless absolutely polished. Shower is AMAZING. Fully functional A/C and TV, fridge etc. My room was completely soundproof from the outside as well. Regardless of when I ended up leaving the room (sleeping in or waking up early) I came back to a tidied up room! (Thank you housekeeping). Breakfast was delicate and tasty, hand made, very good espresso. The staff checking me in and out and general interactions with them were excellent. They were very kind and helpful- providing me with options for where to go and what to do. Also, it is very easy to enter and exit this hotel which I found convenient when running errands around the city. I'm so glad I chose to stay here instead of a larger chain hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant mini vacation!

Well organized hotel. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast, not fancy, but ok. Good price for value. The room was decent sized and everything was as expected. 2 small things that were not perfect; the bed was a bit hard and we could not stream to our tv or get Netflix on it or something.

This place offers everything you need while going on a trip to Lisbon. Super polite an helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. With it great location there is no problem to reach main Lisbon sights on foot (10-15 minutes) or by public transport (metro stop 100m from the hotel). The thing which we really appreciated was that every single one of the staff members spoke perfect English. You will not make a mistake going for this accommodation.
