There is outdoor sitting, with a few seats under the arcade and a few other in the open. But outdoors can get windy, as we all know Telheiras is. Staff is super friendly. The place faces the busy Avenida das Nações Unidas, but it is slightly offset and is partly hidden by trees and bushes. There is a Gira bike port right in front with bike lane running right next to it, making it convenient for bike riders.
