The store is smaller compared to thier other stores but it has all the basic stuff and tools that you can think of. I was impressed. The staff is very helpfull. I would use the self cashier machines as alternative to the queues.

In general leroymerlin is just worth in emergency. For serious DIY it’s too basic too low quality. The displayed articles are carelessly mounted with limited use to test them. Not sure how other places are managed. But come on, put some love in your shop.

They have a lot of stuff but I think it could have labels in English at least for each section. The staff were really helpful.

Looking for patio furniture. Very small inventory…not particularly customer friendly.

Their online store is a disaster - never got my order, been calling for the past month and they just keep saying it will arrive the next day. I've just given up at this point.

Decently stocked home Improvement store in thr mall. The staff is very helpful and it is convenient to have such a store in the mall.

It has half amount of things compared to other ones located in Amadora, Alta de Lisboa or Alfragide, so if you need construction materials (for example ceramic tiles) don't go there they don't have it.

Not bad. Quite good assortiment, but the Alta de Lisboa has a wider range assortment and stock. Leroy Merlin in Colombo is bit messy... I mean.. Price tags and tag machine unattended in the shelf behind the products, including pieces of plastic etc.. It's in Colombo shopping centre, so you can combine it when you have to go to other shops as well.. Otherwise I absolutely would go to Leroy Merlin Alta de Lisboa.

This chain in general needs to get their act together when it comes to orders, deliveries and pick-ups. I recently had to chase 2 orders to be picked up at 2 different stores because they failed to stock, failed to notify me of anything and failed to answer the phones and emails when my orders were left "in preparation" indefinitely. Staff on site was friendly and quick to help or offer a reund, but the whole online process is neglectful and online assistance completely nonexistent.
