A cosy bakery where you can have a breakfast and a coffee. Good selection of pastry. Friendly service.

Amazing egg tarts and great freshly pressed orange juice. Portuguese people definitely know how to do tasty pastries! However, the capuccino was not the best one

This is a cozy and welcoming place to order desserts and coffee. We ordered 4 Custard Tarts, an Almond Tart, Apple Pie, and Coffee. Everything tasted pretty good. Lots of seating inside and outside.

We were walking to the timeout market in Lisbon so we stopped for a quick coffee. Delicious, good service.

Friendly staff and service, think the tarts here were actually better than the popular pasteis de belem (and no line!) Comfy and cozy with proper espressos and cappuccinos, cash only BTW:)

Absolute Empfehlung!

Dishonest business! Travelers be alert. I came in yesterday afternoon about 5pm after whole day walking, craving for some snacks. This cafe seemed to have decent rating. I had 3 pastries (one croissant, one of them was almond tart, the other flan?); non of them had price displayed. Then I was told €10.50 in total (cash only). I didn't pay much attention at that moment (quite frankly, food cost in Lisbon is cheap compared to where I am from). After getting back in the hotel, I realized I probably paid 30% more than I would have at any other pastry shops even the famous ones, for the same items! That €10.50 now sounded like a make up number :( Worse yet, the pastries were extremely underwhelming. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere. *Normally I don't post negative review for local business. But since Portugal is heavily relying on tourism, bad actors like this should be exposed.

My first stop for a bifana (pork sandwich) and it was a perfect snack after walking around all day. The lady suggested adding mustard and some piri piri sauce (a tad spicy) for the toppings. I took it to go, but it last about 30 meters. It cost around €3 and was worth it.

We came in the late afternoon to buy some bread for a hotel-room dinner and not only was the food really excellent, but the owner was exceptionally nice and even sliced the bread for us. Great food and truly lovely people - I'll definitely come back.

This is probably the best pastel de nata you can get. Way better than the overrated place in Belem

Great pastel de natas. Stumbled across this cafe on my first day in Lisbon and ended up going back on a couple more occasions. Doesn't look like much (no offence) but the coffee and pastries are wonderful. Lots of locals there also - always a good sign.

Lovely bakery with amazing savoury and sweet pastries also serving coffee. Tried many of their baked goods and were not disappointed!

Probably the best pastel de nata I ate during my 12 days in Lisbon. Also the other pastries are great. And also both times I was there the service was very kind.

Overpriced- no prices exposed. The menu you can find on the pictures in their Google map page is not the current menu as I have been charged 2,40€ for a cappuccino (with zero taste) and 1,20 for the worst bolo de arroz I had in a good while. I used to come here after work years ago and I remember different quality and prices.

Rude and impolite owner running this place with zero courtesy and patience for the customers. Other staff members seemed kind with simley faces. "Only cash" in this day and age ... Pastries loaded with butter and eggs, you can smell'em and above all the dudes servicing behind the counters with fat ass attitudes and showing no respect or courtesy to paying customers.

By far the best cafe in Lisbon. €3.60 for a delicious croissant and Cappuccino. Really friendly, great atmosphere. They don't take card though so bring cash!

😠 Horrible service, despite the effort to serve quickly. The staff jumps from the take away queue to the eat-in queue, thus making some people wait for over 15 minutes to get served, regardless of the fact they arrived prior to someone who just got served. They should either serve people according to...
