Beds Are Good and location is Good - everything Else is bad. Security is very low, you Can walk directly into the Hostels area from the street - receptionist is only there from 15.00 to 23.00 so all other times everything is unsupervised. People don’t lock the doors to the dorms (need to be done manually, it is not automatically) The bathroom and showers are closed by a slide door that can not lock and showers are only private by a shower curtain, which means anyone can walk in on you shower (terrible and unsafe when you travel as a solo female) showers also close of after 10 sec so you need to spend the entire shower pushing the on-bottom. Boxes to lock valuables inside is 5 cm to small to contain a normal hand luggage suitcase, so only small valuables can be locked away, everything else has to be Unlocked (hate it, I want my stuff safely stored away when I share a room with others) No social life at the hostel, refrigerator stuff with food, so not easy to store anything. All windows are opened all day long - which makes the place freezing cold in January. The place is clean but need a lot of general maintenance. Behind my pillow was a unfinished electrical outlet covered by tape. Light is horrible in the 8-female dorm room. One night the staff forgot to close the music in hall area which can easily be heard in the room - impossible to sleep, when the hostel plays music the entire night! You can only book the hostel via Booking.com, because the want the reviews.

Nice hostel located in the very centre of Lisbon. The hostel offers a free breakfast every morning and a free dinner a couple of times a week. The rooms are pretty clean but the bathrooms were less well-maintained. The main downside of this hostel is the lack of air conditioning. I slept in a shared room with 8 girls and we were all unable to sleep. It’s impossible to open the windows due to the noise and there are only fans which don’t reach the upper beds. The temperature that day had reached 38° degrees. While the staff allowed us to get another fan, that didn’t really help since the heat was still unbearable. Especially since the hostel is on the pricier side, it’s crazy it’s missing AC. Other than that, the staff was nice and accommodating and the location is great.

Brilliant hostel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. There is someone on duty 24/7. Bunks all feel very private as they have solid side walls and a curtain on the end. There is also a light and charging port with each one. Good kitchen, dining, living set up. Generous breakfast included in price. If your cycle touring, they have space for at least 1 bike, but best to confirm first before you book. Great location to shops and resturants

Clean and well kept place, the kitchen is very well equipped (including a dishwasher). Beds are comfortable, come with privacy curtains and do not creak. Price includes a small locker suitable for a backpack. The management follows covid regulations which ensures sufficient space for everyone. Rooms have windows facing the street which might be an issue for light sleepers - a pair of earplugs should solve the issue.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast included in the price as well as dinner on tuesdays and fridays if one happens to stay those days. The street is noisy until about 1am, earplugs recommended. Good with bed-curtains to create some privacy. Be prepared for rooms being hot if the weather is warm. I appreciated the instructions on garbage sorting and how to make sure to use the floor towel to avoid weat floor in bathrooms, however, some guests seem to not understand information..... Locks on room doors needs to be looked over to always secure a looked room, but I felt safe all 7 days of my stay. And the livingroom/kitchen, breakfast and dinners makes people tall and make friends which I like

The location is very good, very central and close to everything. Very clean and very cosy. Every Tuesday and Friday they offer free dinner which is surprisingly good 😊 you are in the centre so you have some noise from people passing by but get yourself some earplugs and a sleeping mask. If you stay in a dorm that you share with more people you have bunk beds and curtains for privacy. Price quality good would definitely come back.

Oh my word - this is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Lisbon! Two blocks from the Arco do Augusta, round the corner from the St Just elevator, Cathedral, start of the No.28 tram... the location is superb! Not only that, but the hostel itself and the staff are lovely! They were so patient and quick to reply to my numerous email questions via email before we arrived in Lisbon! The hostel is spotlessly clean, everyone wears masks in the communal areas, the cupboards are well stocked with cups, plates, cutlery etc. The bed linen smells divine! Our double room was super comfy, as was our bed The hostel is on a pedestrian street so there's no traffic noise! I can wholeheartedly recommend this as the best hostel in Lisbon! Stay and you'll be as happy as we were! 😁😃

Very nice environment, always clean bathroom, the bed is very private thanks to the curtain and also comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast included in the price and surprisingly also every Tuesday and Friday there is a free dinner, which gives a nice opportunity to meet other people. The location is in the centre very close to the river and personally I didn't have any problem with the noise. I really recommend!

Great hostel right in the heart of Lisbon, top staff (they all great, hey Edu! you too!), Very good price for what u get and breakfast included (whaaaat!). Come here and experience a photo bike tour with Taiba, she is just wayyyy too cool. You ride while she tells u many interesting things about the history of Lisbon and makes great pictures of you. AMAZING falls short. Coming back soon. ❤️

Wonderful experience, special thanks to Alessandra from the staff who was very kind with me when I needed help. Breakfast is amazing, really complete with fruits, OJ, lemonade, bread, ham & eggs. Toilets are clean. Would definitely improve the locker size, is really small. But the rest was a really good experience.

Highly recommended. Might be hard to look for at first. But this place is a gem. Great variety breakfast provided from 730am-10am. Location is so good just down the street from the elevator. Staff is very helpful. Common area is in 4th floor. Read Ur booking details carefully. The door is locked with password from the evening. The bed is very comfortable with own space. Love it. The locker is too shallow to put luggage tho.

Really nice hostel with a perfect location. Also super quiet at night which is unusual for Lisbon hostels. Rooms and shared areas are clean, staff is friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is ok, repetitive if you stay longer, but good for a hostel + the kitchen itself is well-equipped. We stayed in a private room and my only issue was that there was literally nowhere to put your things down - a small desk or some shelves should be installed. Also, there are no lockable doors on the shower and the water turns off every 10 seconds which is super annoying - this is why I’m only giving 4 stars but definetely would stay again.

Nice hostel with good prices and very good location. Loved the breakfast and the facilities were clean and did the job. Bunks have curtains to give a good amount of privacy with individual lights and charging ports. Unfortunately can't get over the massive safety risk of the rooms! Each room's door in the hostel only opens and closes with the aid of a key that is very difficult to use and frequently gets stuck in the door. We were warned about this upon arrival but it could sometimes take up to 3-5 minutes just to get out of our room if the door was locked. Cannot understand why the door can't just be shut on a regular latch and then locked with the key? Discussed with many people in the hostel how much of a safety hazard this is. If you were shut in your room and there was a fire, you would be 4 stories up and not in a good position. At the end of my stay, me and another guest waited to check out for 20 minutes and nobody showed up. In the end we had to write a note and leave our keys at the front desk in order to catch our buses on time. Kind of unprofessional. My friends and I enjoyed our stay, but fix the doors, consider basic health and safety, and this could be a really good hostel.

Was in a dorm with 8 beds. If you like the pod style, this place for you. Very well located. 2 min from subway and many close attractions. Super not expensive. Should go there, it’s a very nice hostel. Breakfast was included in the price!!!

Great Hostel! Perfect location, right in the center and close to everything. Supermarket on the opposite side, so perfect if you want to cook something. Nice kitchen with all the things you need. Staff super friendly and they are there for you 24/7. Nice breakfast and it is included in the prize. The bed is super compfy and everything is clean. Just can recommend it. Also, I think they have dinner 2 a week if you want to join. Great way to connect! I had a fantastic time there and I can recommend it to everyone!!

It was a wonderful experience! The staff is really nice, helpful and hardworking. Everything is clean. The dorms are designed in a way that you still have a lot of privacy. The breakfast is great too. Just one suggestion is that if you add a frying oil to the kitchen, it would be really useful :) Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay and hospitality!

Stayed 7-10 nov. Was peaceful and quiet, i loved it. I basically had the room for my own the whole time. The linens where clean and nice, the mattres and pillow also. Showers and toilets were also clean. Breakfast could be improved by tomatoes or cucumbers. A good hostel!

The Hostel Is in the perfect center or Lisbon, behind a central Metro station, very comfortable if u r tourist like us. The build Is old and not really beautiful but the rooms are good. We find a nice welcome by Roberto and the staff. Very good price. If we come back in Lisbon we ll be here for sure.

It's a really nice and clean hostel, perfect for the price. It seems they clean the bathroom 2 times a day and I was surprised about the good breakfast... I was in a 6 bed room and I slept very well. Good and clean bedding as well and the staff is very nice and helpful! I can highly recommend to stay here, it's really nice!

Great price point of 52€ for a couple in a very clean room. Great buffet breakfast. Staff mostly very helpful. Perfect location to see things and central to bus, metro and train. If you are noise sensitive, the window over the street could be your only problem. Be ready to telephone the desk to gain entrance, since you need code to enter building and take elevation to 4 to check in.

LATE MAY 2022 I booked with a large group of people (14) and they accommodated all changes (refunds) and room preferences quickly and nicely. The location is 10/10, best part of this hostel, truly the centre of where you want to be for site seeing, shopping, food and nights out. It's ~10 minutes from night-life in Barrio Alto / Pink Street. Centre of shopping districts, downstairs is an amazing bakery for 1 euro pastry and coffees. Downstairs also has a grocery store for grabbing drinks for pres. Everything was very clean, I saw previous reviews saying their bathrooms were dirty but they're 'improving', by my visit it's DEFINITELY improved, they were as clean as a hotel would be, cleaned 2+ times a day. My experience of guests in late may, 85% younger (<30yo), 15% older (>40yo). I didn't experience as much socializing with random guests, but I also came with a big group so maybe it's because I wasn't looking for it. Their curfew for any noise in rooms / common areas is 11PM so watch out for that. From my experience, I wouldn't call it a party hostel, but definitely a great all-rounder for its really low price. They saw my birthday on my check-in and bought a cake for me, the hostel staff were all incredibly nice and gave recommendations on where to visit for food & drinks - had to give them a 5-star for that level of hospitality.
