This
hotel
has
terrible
customer
service
and
I
value
the
treatment
of
guests
above
all.
When
my
parents
and
I
had
initially
arrived
to
the
hotel,
the
front
desk
receptionist
was
very
unpleasant,
rude,
and
annoyed.
He
informed
us
that
the
hotel
policy
only
allows
for
2
guests.
Since
I
was
at
a
foreign
country
with
my
elderly
parents,
I
did
not
want
to
separate
from
them
and
had
requested
if
it
would
be
possible
to
book
another
room.
He
said
there
was
only
one
night
available
and
the
other
two
nights
for
our
stay
is
completely
booked.
I
spoke
to
the
manager
and
she
completely
disregarded
my
situation
and
her
solution
was
for
us
to
book
another
room
for
one
night
and
if
she
can
sell
the
rooms
for
the
remainder
of
our
stay
we
MAY
potentially
get
a
refund.
There
was
absolutely
no
flexibility
or
concern
for
their
guests.
They
did
not
seem
to
care
if
we
were
on
the
streets.
I
had
no
choice
but
to
find
a
separate
hotel
at
the
very
last
minute
for
my
father
(who
has
a
medical
condition).
The
next
day,
my
dad
entered
the
hotel
to
take
his
medication
he
had
left
in
my
room,
and
the
front
desk
receptionist
assumed
that
he
was
there
to
eat
breakfast
and
told
him
he
is
not
able
to
use
any
facilities
in
the
building.
He
also
told
him
he
cannot
bring
any
luggages
(he
did
not
have
any
luggages).
At
that
moment,
it
felt
like
a
personal
racial
attack.
I
had
even
spoken
to
a
higher
up,
and
all
he
said
was
"I
will
have
a
team
meeting".
There
are
plenty
of
wonderful
hotels
nearby.
Stay
away
from
this
hotel
if
you
value
customer
service!!!
