The
rooms
are
OK,
not
luxury
and
not
basic.
Clean
and
house
keeping
do
a
great
job.
Wardrobe
and
kitchen
doors
needs
to
be
slow
close,
the
doors
and
drawers
cause
a
lot
of
banging/
noise.
Big
comfortable
bed.
Strong
spacious
shower,
bath
robes
supplied.
TV
in
both
bedroom
and
living
room,
there
are
some
non
Portuguese
speaking
channels.
Heating
and
AC
in
both
bedroom
and
living
room.
They
state
breakfast
included-
what
that
actually
means
is
milk,
butter,
eggs
and
cheese
in
the
fridge,
coffee
pods/
coffee
machine
and
tea
bags
in
kitchen.
Then
they
hang
a
bag
of
bread
rolls,
super
dry
mini
crossaints
and
pastel
de
nata
on
the
outside
of
your
door.
We
thought
this
was
a
bit
odd
but
hey,
first
world
problems
so
ew
just
got
on
with
it.
Dont
do
dairy
so
we
asked
for
a
different
milk,
that
was
not
a
problem
and
got
a
non
dairy
option
the
same
day.
However
at
no
point
were
we
told
about
vegan
or
vegetarian
options.
Or
if
cereal
or
anything
else
was
available.
Unsure
of
breakfast
hours,
the
bread
turned
up
around
7.30,
sometimes
later.
Bottled
water
supplied
daily.
The
staff
are
super
friendly
and
very
sweet
but
absolutely
useless
when
it
comes
to
information.
They
didn't
know
prices
of
trams,
where
nearest
pizza
place
was,
that
there
was
a
underground
strike,
how
to
get
to
Belem...
If
it
wasn't
for
location
which
is
PERFECT
I
would
probably
give
it
3
stars.
It
is
right
in
the
centre
without
being
annoying
or
noisy.
Easy
to
get
from
airport,
note
that
the
airport
bus
is
no
longer
running,
take
the
underground
to
Rossio
(red
line
to
Amemde,
change
here
to
green
line
to
Rossio,
hotel
is
less
than
10
minutes
walk
from
Rossio).
Was
it
perfect
no,
but
I
would
stay
here
again,
yes.
For
convenience,
price
and
location
is
really
great
but
do
your
own
research
and
maybe
enquire
before
what
the
breakfast
options
are.
