Currently staying here as a family of 4 and highly recommend this place! Large and very clean. Came stocked with everything needed to make a great breakfast, from food to appliances. The baked goods every morning were the best. The location is great - we've been able to easily get everywhere and the dining options are endless. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms are super quiet! The staff is warm and extremely helpful, my children look forward to waving hello or goodbye to them every day. It's been so nice that I've brought friends who are staying at another location over to 'tour' our place and have already decided that this is where we will stay when we come back to Lisbon.

First and foremost the location is superb. Most of the attractions, restaurants and shopping places are within walking distance. The check in was smooth, the staff was friendly and they made us feel welcomed. Rooms were spic and span with all the basic necessities like kettle, juicer, milk, eggs, etc. The concept of fresh bread and Pastéis de Nata being provided in the morning at the door was very nice and helpful. We had an early check out hence on demand the croissants were provided to us at the reception. 👍 We stayed there for 2 nights but not sure why our room was not cleaned, there must have been some confusion.

let's start from the end... never in my life i encounter such a helpful staff and hotel manager that would do anything to make your stay in their hotel supper comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment's hotel (with a Lobe and staff) if you visit Lisbon. location is great in the middle of old town Lisbon, many resorts and restaurants in the nearby streets or 5 min away walking. the apartment's is big (2 adults + 2 kids + a Baby), with great breakfast, with a dishwasher, with a cloth washing machine + drier (including the capsule's to use). every day the staff come and clean the apartment's and replacing anything that you want (including coffee capsule's to the coffee machine, and milk/cheese/eggs... in the refrigerator). comfortable beds. supper helpful staff all over the hotel. they address any issue you have. they have arrangement with a parking lot 150 meters from the hotel (20 Euro per day) - very helpful. i had an issue with hot water - they immediately suggested to switch rooms or to bring a repair man the next day in the morning. ***fully equipped kitchen*** will defiantly come back with the family next time we visit Lisbon

Due to extenuating circumstances, we unfortunately had to cut our trip short and did not actually get to stay here. But I was compelled to write this review as the property was absolutely lovely to deal with (we arranged through booking.com) and incredibly understanding of our circumstances. I would definitely want to reserve with them again.

Grape Harbor was a lovely hotel. It was centrally located within all the walk streets in historic Lisbon. We could walk almost anywhere. The service was outstanding. I'm GF and every day they supplied me with fabulous GF bread. Any questions, anything we needed the reception provided assistance. The room was well appointed and had all the necessities for self catering. My only complaint was that we could unfortunately, hear our neighbors on occasion. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying at Grape Harbor.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including items to cook some simple meals. The breakfast delivery each morning was a treat. The staff were all very friendly and so helpful. They even gave me a cake on my birthday! Thank you for everything…we’ll be back!

The rooms are OK, not luxury and not basic. Clean and house keeping do a great job. Wardrobe and kitchen doors needs to be slow close, the doors and drawers cause a lot of banging/ noise. Big comfortable bed. Strong spacious shower, bath robes supplied. TV in both bedroom and living room, there are some non Portuguese speaking channels. Heating and AC in both bedroom and living room. They state breakfast included- what that actually means is milk, butter, eggs and cheese in the fridge, coffee pods/ coffee machine and tea bags in kitchen. Then they hang a bag of bread rolls, super dry mini crossaints and pastel de nata on the outside of your door. We thought this was a bit odd but hey, first world problems so ew just got on with it. Dont do dairy so we asked for a different milk, that was not a problem and got a non dairy option the same day. However at no point were we told about vegan or vegetarian options. Or if cereal or anything else was available. Unsure of breakfast hours, the bread turned up around 7.30, sometimes later. Bottled water supplied daily. The staff are super friendly and very sweet but absolutely useless when it comes to information. They didn't know prices of trams, where nearest pizza place was, that there was a underground strike, how to get to Belem... If it wasn't for location which is PERFECT I would probably give it 3 stars. It is right in the centre without being annoying or noisy. Easy to get from airport, note that the airport bus is no longer running, take the underground to Rossio (red line to Amemde, change here to green line to Rossio, hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Rossio). Was it perfect no, but I would stay here again, yes. For convenience, price and location is really great but do your own research and maybe enquire before what the breakfast options are.

I stayed at this apartment hotel twice during my visit to Portugal. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect as it’s quiet at night (after the night action a few blocks away calms down) but then you’re only a block or a few blocks away from all the action. This hotel is also on street closed to cars. However, the best part of staying at this hotel are the people who work here especially those at the front desk. They are all very professional, approachable, proud of their country and happy to share what they can to make your visit that much better. I truly enjoyed my visit to Portugal and staying at this hotel elevated it to a whole new level for me. I’d highly recommend staying here. It’s where I would return if I were visiting Lisbon again. Muito obrigada, GH Harbor team!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They always offered us to help if we have a problem. The things we liked most, the staff was always smiling and happy. And I mean all staff of the hotel, from cleaning to reception. The location is very good. I never had breakfast like this. You have eggs, cheese, fruits, butter etc. everything you need for breakfast is in the fridge. At 8 am a bag with fresh rolls, croissants, warm pasteis de nata is hanging at the door. You can prepare your breakfast when you want with fresh things. It is an excellent idea. Every day the staff is filling up the things. The room is big with a big bed and a sitting area on one side, and a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a table with chairs. It is really comfortable. We live in Madeira and will be from time to time in Lisbon. This is the place to stay!!!!

A gem in Lisbon. The studio is lovely in the heart of Lisbon. It is complete with everything needed: Kitchen utensils, Washing machine, Iron. Moreover, they provide you with a great assortment of fresh fruits and a nice breakfast every morning. I will come again!

Excelent location, the street was quite during the night. The hotel has a lift. The room was big with a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a clothes drier. The bathroom was big, offered free toiletries and slippers and it had a nice shower. The breakfast included very good pasteis de nata, croissants, milk, cheese, eggs, butter, jam, coffee, tea. The staff was very nice and kind. Would definitely book again.

My husband and I stayed at Grape Harbor for a week in early September. It was a perfect choice for our stay ~ centrally located, and easy to walk everywhere or grab an uber. Even though there was construction on Prata, the hotel was quiet. The modern furniture was a bit at odds with the gracious interior space, but the kitchen was functional, the shower perfect, and the bed extremely comfortable. BEST OF ALL WAS THE STAFF. Shout out to Achimiedes, Daniel, Helize, and the young man who staffed the desk in the early morning. The morning of our last full day, my husband's birthday. I went out early to find a chai latte, and the mystery concierge gave me a place to go, even pulling up a map on his computer to make sure I understood directions. When we came back late in the day, there were birthday wishes, treats, and birthday balloons! How great is that!! Other staff helped with restaurant recommendations, directions, and my inability to get the washer and dryer to work (my fault ~ and another great feature of the apartment). They were unfailingly pleasant, helpful and positive. Another wonderful feature ~ eggs, cheese, milk, coffee, fruit, etc., were in our frig and replenished when necessary, and every morning, croissants and traditional custard tarts were left on our door to start out the day deliciously and in style. We loved Lisbon and Grape Harbor, recommend it, and would definitely return should the opportunity arise!

We had a lovely 3 night stay here in late January 2023. Our studio apartment was perfect. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very good location. We'll be back.

First - the staff are amazing and friendly. Our reservation was incorrectly made by a 3rd party company, so basically my girlfriend and I had no room reserved when we flew in from the U.S. The staff were sympathetic and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care off during our 6-day stay. Second - the suites are great and spacious. The living area had a small kitchenette and washer/dryer. Americans will find the washer/dryer is significantly smaller than what they are used to. The beds were clean and comfortable. Third - every morning there was fresh bread and Pasteis de Nata delivered to the room. The fridge was stocked with butter, bread, water, fruit, and cheese. Fourth - the location is perfect. Easy walking distance from many attractions and restaurants. Thank you for all your hard work and setting us up in a room when the other company screwed up our reservation! ❤️

On my 1st trip to Portugal our reservation was pre booked by my lady friend whom I met up as she recommended it for us and we have had a wonderful stay at the Grape Harbor for 5 days between May-June 2022. I must say the staff are very warm welcoming friendly, helpful and provide you an excellent hospitality so as for a luxury hotel apartment with self catering, bedroom and bathroom facilities etc you get all what you expect plus its very good value for your money's worth. Every morning between 7-8 they hang a breakfast bag outside your door containing 2 bread rolls, 2 croissants and 2 pastel de Nata whereas the rest such as tea coffee, water, sugar, milk, butter, jams etc are already provided in your kitchen plus the extras we had were fruit in the fridge and a bottle of wine with 2 wine glasses on the dinning table. Rooms are kept clean as they also provide room service every day. Location wise its based in central Lisbon in between 2 main squares therefore its closer to walk from 1 end to the other where there's plenty shops, bars, restaurants etc and easier to get to various site attractions that ain't far. If you plan to travel far there's plenty cabs, buses and trams nearby to the square where transportation is more convenient. The nearest metro st to the grape harbor is Baixa Chiado. After all I was very impressed and very thankful for all their services they provided us so I highly recommend it and I will definitely want to stay there again during my next visit to Lisbon. Thank you so much to all the staff at Grape Harbor.
