Exceptional and welcoming service, spotless room very tastefully done and with a luxury marble bathroom. Special thanks to them...we forgot clothes there on leaving and they graciously forwarded them to us in another city.

Booking at this facility from the United States was very easy. Upon arrival, the owners met us at the door and our bags were promptly carried to the room. The registration process was fast and very simple. They have obviously taken great pains to learn how to run a boutique hotel. As to the property itself, it was exceptionally clean and exquisitely decorated. The owners have extraordinary taste in decoration.. There was a huge breakfast every day that was exceptionally tasty. The housekeeping service asked me every day was my room cleaned to my satisfaction (it was beyond my satisfaction!). The roof top had great accommodations and a fantastic view. In summary, of ALL the hotels that I have stayed (from NY, to Hawai’i, to Panama and England) this place was by far away the best!! When I return to Lisbon, I will likely base my trip on the availability of rooms at The Felix 10 as I will only stay there!! Kudos to the staff and owners!!

The service was excellent here, the staff are all smiles, attentive and friendly 24/7. The decoration of the whole place was inspired, original and well thought out with attention to detail in everything from art pieces to wallpaper to tiling, and you could tell that there was care and attention also in small things such as the selection of the complimentary wine in our room at arrival. We booked parking at the garage nearby, and were very happy with this. The parking regulations seem to be quite strict in Lisbon, as we saw quite a few cars with locked wheels. A nice bonus is the rooftop with the beautiful view of Lisbon, and lastly a training room which we unfortunately neglected during our stay. The continental breakfast is top notch as well, with the selection of jams, cheeses and fruits especially appreciated. The Felix has five stars written all over it. Thank you for a delightful stay!

We had a great stay at the Felix 10! The owner's are fantastic, and were accommodating when I made a mistake in the booking process. The entire building has a grand aesthetic, the rooms have an impressive level of details. It is obvious the owners put heart into the design and implementation, something you won't find at a major luxury chain. Big breakfast in the garden, relaxing on the rooftop with views of Lisbon = perfect. Location is great as you are in a quiet neighborhood with only a brief walk or Uber to the central areas of the city. I can highly recommend Felix 10

We loved the Felix 10...its so amazing. Our room had a breathtaking view to the city. Also the breakfast was made with a lot of love for the detail, like you can found it all over the whole house. The owner/staff is really friendly and make as feellike home. 100% recommended!

Exceptional little boutique hotel. A hidden gem just 10 mins from the center of Lisbon. Warm, welcoming, clean, well-designed hotel with spacious rooms and super friendly staff, especially Luis the owner, who was a proper host and made sure that we felt at home.

Great stay, very clean, beautiful decor and the rooftop was lovely. Everything you need for a trip to Lisbon. Nivaldo was so welcoming, and made our stay even more pleasurable. Would highly recommend this place.

Nice tiny hotel in a good location. The owner is very friendly and the check-in very smooth. The rooftop has a good view. Everything is very clean which is very nice. So overall a nice experience. But everything is very tiny. It is very expensive for not being a real hotel with real hotel services. And most importantly: it didn’t have the working desks that were shown in the picture. So if you’re a tourist who is only there to sleep at the hotel, this might be your spot, if you are a small person. If you have to work, this is not recommended at all.
