Our
stay
at
Bairro
Alto
Music
Guest
house
was
okay.
Leading
up
to
the
trip,
communication
with
Filipa
was
great.
I
had
booked
our
stay
in
the
Brahms
room.
The
day
before
we
arrived,
she
contacted
me
to
let
me
know
we’ve
been
upgraded
to
the
Mozart
room,
which
we
should
be
happy
with
because
it
is
the
biggest
suite
they
have.
Initially
we
were
happy
about
that,
however
we
are
not
sure
it
was
the
best
upgrade.
We
were
given
the
entry
code
a
few
days
before
our
arrival
but
it
didn’t
work.
Luckily
I
contacted
Filipa
via
WhatsApp
and
she
replied
in
a
few
minutes
with
a
new
code.
There
is
an
issue
with
the
keypad.
It
is
very
hard
to
press
the
numbers.
The
place
is
clean
and
you
can
tell
it
has
been
recently
renovated
to
be
modern
but
the
Mozart
room
had
several
issues.
Yes
it
was
the
biggest
in
terms
of
square
footage
but
it
was
at
the
top
floor
of
the
building
so
the
ceilings
were
very
low
and
slanted
because
of
the
roof
of
the
building.
I
am
only
5
feet
tall
and
I
found
myself
having
to
walk
around
being
worried
I’d
hit
my
head
on
the
ceiling.
I
did
a
few
times!
My
other
concern
is
the
bathroom.
Again
it
was
clean
but
because
of
the
ceiling
height,
there
was
no
shower
head.
The
shower
only
had
a
handheld
stick
which
made
it
inconvenient.
The
room
was
okay.
There
were
things
missing
like
a
fridge
or
microwave
that
would
have
benefited
from
being
in
the
room.
Location
was
good
and
they
had
daily
cleaning
services.
Looking
at
the
photos
of
the
other
suites,
even
though
they
are
smaller
I
think
would
be
better
than
the
Mozart
room.
I
would
take
a
smaller
room
with
a
full
shower
and
taller
ceiling
over
what
we
had.
