The first place my partner and I called into after arriving in Lisbon, and we absolutely loved it, making sure to come back a couple of days later. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, recommending nice wines for us and even giving us a couple of tips for places to eat. We got the seafood board to share as a light bite, and that was delicious too! Definitely make sure you visit this place if you're in Lisbon, but if you want to eat an evening meal, you're best making a reservation as it is a small place!

This place was right opposite the Airbnb we were staying in. The place is small so reservations are highly recommended. The staff were generally very knowledgeable about the wines and suggested some really good ones. My wife also ordered a shrimp appetizer which she thought was well made. Gosh, using the proximity of the airbnb as an excuse we spent almost 1.5 hrs zipping through about 2 bottles of wine :). Awesome to hangout!

Awesome experience! Husband/wife duo running the restaurant. Wife the chef, husband running the front of the restaurant. Food was so so good(lucky man!). Husband recommended 4 different by the glasses according to what our preference for wine was. 2 amazing Portuguese green wine and 2 amazing Portuguese red wines! Food came out pretty fast and definitely worth the money(def won't go broke). Portions are great for tapas! Make reservation when possible since the place is pretty small!

My girlfriend noticed this great wine spot after a day of exploring Lisbon. Our waiter was helpful in choosing a great white and refreshing wine after our long day of walking. I only wish we had more time to spend here and try the amazing food that was being prepared and of course try more wines.

Wow, this place is fantastic. Great wine and food. The limited vegan options I had was great and the owner told me more is to come on the menu soon. The service here is just exceptional. Our host, Julius, was a waiter, friend and tour guide all in one. Can't recommend this place enough and planning to return.

My wife and I stopped in here to grab a bite to eat after visiting some churches in the area. It is a very small place and may be easily passed by. The neon sign actually caught our eye, and then a quick check on Google maps had us heading in. We are definitely glad we stopped in. The friendly and informative staff helped us pick some quick bites and a few drinks to pair with them. All our choices were great, but the menu may not be for everyone. They have a lot of choices, so stop by. There are not of tables, so maybe make a reservation. Thanks.

Nice wine bar with some really good wines. Also the small dishes were good. But we were quite harshly ordered to leave at 11:30pm. A bit more customer-orientation and you‘ll get the 5 stars.

We came here for wine when we first arrived because we thought it was just a wine bar. We came back on our last day in Lisbon for lunch before our flight. We were glad we did. The food was actually really good. The tomato risotto with octopus was a standout. Goat cheese egg roll was great. We also liked the seafood special. Overall a great wine and food spot.

Awesome selection of wines, great food, and English-friendly staff. I made reservation in advance just in case, but I saw a bunch of people coming in without one and being turned away because they simply do not have enough seat (it's a small place). So I would recommend reservation before coming here.

Our favourite place in Lisbon, located fairly centrally, this hidden little gem is well worth the visit. If their lit up neon sign isn’t enough to pull you in then the exceptional wine choice, friendly waiters and unbelievable food should be! We came here from recommendation off our friend, and we were not disappointed. This tiny little wine bar is popular so if you want to eat, make sure you book. They were turning customers away the whole time we were sat there. The waiter, believe to be the owner (we didn’t get his name) was so knowledgable on the wines, super friendly & was clearly running something special! When it came to the food, just wow! We ate 3/4 share plate, including the pork belly and prawns. Highly recommend the croquettes. Believe this was cooked by his wife. Many compliments to the chef! Lovely little place, would 100% return if we were in Lisbon again. Atmosphere was also super cool, trendy yet welcoming and friendly.

The entire experience was excellent! 💯 The food was delicious, especially the sea bass and potatoes. The starters were also great, and the desert was just perfect! 🤩Mint ice cream and chocolate fondant go really well together. I recommend booking in advance and being punctual as it's a popular place. The waiters were nice, helpful and friendly, and speak English, French and Portuguese, and maybe other languages 😁 The green wine was delightful and I'm grateful for the recommendation ✨️

I cannot say enough good things about this fabulous find. The food was so amazing, the we cancelled our dinner plans the following night and begged our way back for another reservation the next evening. Where to begin... First off, the wine list! Both bottles we got were amazing! Secondly, the food! The chef! Must tries are the goat cheese rolls with mint and honey, as well as the crispy pork belly! And for mains, the fish of the day was sea bass (my fave), and when we dined the second night, the Ribeye steak. Sooooo good! And, last but not least, the most handsome waiter in the world! (That last one may have been on a request basis 😃) haha. Of all the restaurants that were recommended, this is the one to go to!!!!!

Very good quality food and wine! A must go if you come in the center of Lisbon, avoid tourist places, come there 😉 Friendly staff, the owner let us try some Alheira Cake, was so delicious that we ordered some straight away! A must try 😉

I had just left the most touristic area and did not expect to find any casual high quality restaurant. I peeked into Antiga Wine Bar and noticed cozy atmosphere and an empty table. There was warm welcome immediately after entering the restaurant. Lovely atmosphere. I ordered a glass of Portuguese white wine with bread and olives - what a relaxing moment. My main course was the sea board. With another glass of wine this was a fantastic experience, especially the way they had prepared octopus. And on top of it all, service was fast, attentive and friendly. A remarkable restaurant. It is easy to miss. Perhaps intentionally since most tables seemed to be allocated by locals.

If you are walking through city center in the evening and have vibe for some night wine & food, this place is perfect for you. The place offers solid choice of wines along with good food that goes with the wine. The staff were friendly, prices reasonable and the product really tasty. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for.

We stumbled upon this small but cozy wine bar just half-hour before closing, but it's great we decided to stay and at least enjoyed a glass of wine. They have a great variety of wine selection and service was excellent, the staff who attended us showed us great wine knowledge.

My experience there on Friday evening was absolutely delightful. The food was exquisite and the wine selection was fantastic. Just please do something with that music, because for example Crazy Frog doesn’t fit here at all.

Had a yummy bottle of wine here, 2 tapas and 1 main for 69 euro. Our waiter was friendly and the tapas were all delicious! Scallops were cooked perfectly, crispy pork was extra crispy! Make sure to make a reservation atleast one day in advance.

Hands down one of the best food establishments my husband and I have frequented! The ceviche was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of acid added to the dish. The scallops were melt in your mouth divine and whoever decided to fry leeks is a genius. I’m just sad that I don’t live in Lisbon because I’d be frequenting this place often. Also, the vibe is so chill and casual! The staff were super knowledgeable and kind, all of their suggestions were a hit. And don’t forget to try the in house made basil mint ice cream 😋

We stumbled upon this place while climbing up a hill to visit a miradouro. The seafood platter is the highlight of the menu for me. Attentive service. The place is a little small, so booking ahead of time is recommended.

This is a very small restaurant serving creative tapas and small entrees. We had the prawns, goat cheese rolls and octopus tomatoes risotto. All excellent. The service was very efficient. A grear selection of red and white wines. Be sure to make a reservation.

located in a studio-sized space with an arched, brick-laid ceiling, Antiga wine bar is a quaint and dressed down locale for quality petiscos and wine. they have a mixed selection of natural and traditional Portuguese wines, and a simple but delicious menu of local plates and tastes. would recommend for a quick afternoon glass of wine!

Great little place for extensive wine and good food. Came here a couple of nights while in Lisbon. The clams were sensational and some great recommended wines as well.

Absolutely perfect experience. This is my second time in my 5-day visit to Lisbon. This is for sure a trendy & cozy place with vibrant food and good atmosphere. Recommend a lot! The staff are very nice and even though I had a confusion with my reservation one of later (due to the time difference), they had a table ready for me as soon as possible even though it was fully packed. If you come to Lisbon, you have to try this place
