A world class research and treatment center by the river, with interesting architecture by architect Charles Correa. Besides being a hospital for certain cancer diseases, and a research center, it also holds regular conferences to the general public and has a restaurant. The space around the building works also as public garden/ public space/ belvedere /river walk...

A truly remarkable research center and medical clinic. The architecture of the building is stunning and it has a wonderful and inspiring small garden inside. And the location right at the water front just adds to the already sublime experience. Too bad the café is not open for breakfast.

The building has been designed by one of the most prominent architects from India. It was a pity that we couldn’t experience the architecture from inside because of Covid. The pathways build interest for the visitor to continue walking in a specific direction. Upon reaching the end, there is a spectacular connection to the river with an infinity water body. The place just makes you sit there and appreciate the intricate thoughts of the architect towards human experience.

On the outside, this dazzling building complex it's a quiet and very relaxing place, and probably the best spot to enjoy the sunset in Lisbon. You can have a meal or drinks in the cafeteria terrace, while enjoying Tejo river views. On the inside, it's one of the most advanced research and treatment centers for neuroscience and oncology in the country, and is equipped with state of the art technology. I was a patient here and the facilities are brilliant. Spacious, bright and airy waiting rooms, with tropical garden views, feels more like a sanctuary than a health treatment clinic. The staff is great, very professional and caring. It's also very easy to get there and park.

One of the best hospitald/research centers i've been in my life, it has it's own garden with trees, have a lot of nice employees and they serve tea and coffee in waiting rooms. It was considered one of the best places to work in the world for some reason.

The facilities are very good. The location is not particularly accessible.

Impressive building and the amphitheater with a view of the ocean is beautiful

This is a great place to visit and eat. Food is delicious, view is wonderful and service ok. Only thing I would mention is that it’s not a cheap place that can be affordable for everybody. You pay around 25€ for a meal + the drinks. In any case, if you live or visit Lisbon once in a life is worth to go.

Wonderful installations with great architecture and comfort. The facilities are very clean and the garden taken care of. The view and the surrounding area are welcoming. Staff is competent and attentive. Medical staff is quite professional. Medical treatments using the state-of-the-art approaches and equipment. Patients and escorts are greet with courtesy snacks (coffee, tea, milk, cake, cheese sandwich).

Excellent research center, literally meters away from the Tejo river. The architecture of the building is also stunning.

One of the most amazing structures I’ve ever visited. It wasn’t clear to us that this is a functioning hospital until late in the visit. Walk around, go in, wander down and into the decorative garden, just don’t take photos into the patient areas.

Good place but I felt like there is racism or misinformation. I went for conference and everyone asked me whether are you delivery boy?? Even tho I didn't had any delivery bag

Incredible atyention to the patient from all the staff, confortable waiting and ple ty parking.

Don't easily give 5* but this place is excellent (even compared to other developed countries) . Friendly, kind staff and good comfortable facilities . Some of the older doctors could improve interpersonal skills (a global problem) but seem medically good. But generally a model for quality healthcare.

Very beautiful and modern looking architecture...wish I had more green space

A beautifully designed and perfectly located art center on the Lisbon coast. It gave us a nice experience with both the outdoor details and the spaciousness of the interior. Do not forget to look at the exhibition and activity calendar and check your ticket before visiting. Booking in advance would be good.

Excellent treatments and doctors. It is worth investing in the initial treatments at the Champalimaud Foundation, and not going the other way could cost you your life. Dermatology and Lung. I strongly advise.

Can't comment on the actual medical services since I don't need cancer treatment, I just went there to use the toilet. The building looks nice and the toilets were clean, staff didn't want to let me in at first but quickly understood that I was about to poop my pants so they had mercy on me

Found this place but chance. No disappoint

Very good place, clean and professional. Everyone is very nice and friendly and always willing to help and the restaurant has viable options for everyone. For all my Muslim brothers and sisters, there is a prayer room here but you may need to ask for a guard to unlock the doors for you. No wudhu facilities but the bathrooms are spacious.
