I come in to register and pay, the person behind the computer was a different trainer and he wasn't made aware about this discount, so I had to talk and explain over and over(showing WhatsApp messages) until he went to the manager and came back to say there was a misunderstanding??? The manager and Rafael were at the reception giggling at Andre(my test workout trainer). So Andre didn't talk to the manager and it was an awkward situation he put me in, Andre really outdid himself. So I paid €310(original price for a pack was €360) for the pack 3x a week instead of promised €230. I'm writing this review, because they cancelled my promised privileges of a pack. I was not made aware, there was no reason given, I feel scammed and I feel to some extent they were breaking my boundaries. You do not sign any kind of a contract, so they have all the rights to cancel any privileges without making you aware. Both débito direto and pack clearly states that you buy for 6 MONTHS, I stayed only 3 MONTHS. I almost feel like Andre made the discount to get me in this confused situation that he knew he can't promise, but this is just a speculation of how they get customers. Ladies be ware of attractive men and fitness packs ;)
