I highly recommend Celina Tours. They are very easy, efficient, reputable and honest. I started dealing with them during Covid when we had to cancel our plans. They were very understanding and fair. When we had the opportunity to travel again, I went back to Celina Tours. We needed a driver from Lisbon to Porto and their driver Orlando was terrific. Excellent driver, very knowledgeable and friendly guide. We enjoyed him a lot and he shared a lot of history with us. Nelson Baptista the manager is great, always responsive. If you really want to enjoy Lisbon and Portugal, I highly recommend Celina Tours. You will have a terrific experience.

Sadly, our tour did not go as planned. Early that morning, local authorities closed the two palaces on the tour due to extreme winds and rain. With little opportunity for advance notice, our driver Orlando arrived at the scheduled pickup time with the bad news. He presented three options, full refund, credit for a future date, or take a chance on an unplanned and very modified tour. We chose the latter, and were glad we did! One other couple chose to do the same, and we enjoyed their company as we shared our stories. Through the day, we were treated to Orlando's knowledgeable descriptions, historical insights and humor, all while exploring Sintra and the surrounding country. Certainly, his ability to put together this adhoc itinerary is a credit to his deep roots and understanding of this area. So, not as planned, but we had a very enjoyable experience nonetheless. Special thanks to Nelson and the team at Celina Tours for managing the situation as well as they did in extraordinary circumstances. And a very well deserved 'muito abrigado' to Orlando for his dedication to us this day!

Andre was Google on wheels. His knowledge of the Portuguese history and his story telling are incredible. That aside his patience as people from our group put us behind 45 mins was commendable, I was upset but he just kept his cool. Led us to an excellent lunch in Nazare and didn't disappoint. Over all our Fatima trip concluded closer to 8 due to inconsiderate people but Andre didn't cut corners to make up time. I highly recommend Celina Tours and hopefully you get Andre.

The tour was supposed to be for English speakers, but we had one lady from.Brazil so ended up.with double translations for everything. This increased the guides workload and made it very distracting for the other passengers. Up until 4pm, we really only had a driver who dropped us off at various spots and left us to come back at a certain time. We did not have time to see the the main Palace in Sintra (Quinta da Regaleira) because the queue was too long. Only people who had pre-booked online tickets could get in (only two of the 8 passengers), but they said that they felt rushed. However, the tour of the Pena Palace, where our guide accompanied us, was quite good and finished the day nicely. The day didn't seem very well organised and we feel that there is certainly a lot of room for improvement.

I booked 6 tours with the agency and I can say that my experience was simply awesome on all of those tours. Tour guides are very knowledgeable and that indeed made our experience richer and worthwhile. Without them, we simply would have just visited monuments without knowing any history and that would have made trip boring. They were also accommodating of our request to suggest vegetarian places and they turned out to be really good. I would highly recommend using them if visiting Portugal.

We wanted a private 2 person tour for the day. Our guide was great and changed the standard tour to our desires. Highly recommend

We traveled to Lisbon-Portugal in November 2019 and went to tours with Celina Tours . The tours were very well organized. The service of Celina Tours is excellent. Their tour guides are excellent, very patient and very knowledgeable. Tour guide Mr. Goao was an extremely good guide and was very helpful, very polite and very courteous.

Celina Tours worked with my travel agent to schedule a TOUR of Sintra, Cascais, and Cabo de Roca. We were given a driver and not a tour guide. We were crammed in a van with others who spoke 3 different languages. Although our drive spoke each languages, we received very little information. We were dropped off and picked up, dropped off and picked up, and dropped off and picked up. Would not use them again. Very disappointed as we felt we missed out on much history, architecture, lifestyle and so much more..

Excellent tour, tour guide, and comfortable transport. Only suggestion is that guide use some type of voice amplification so people sitting in the rear can hear the guide over road noise.

Our guide had no experience with the day's tour destinations and the van had no air conditioning.

Celina Tours and driver/guide Phillip provided us with a most enjoyable day. Our tour to Fatima and other locations was a long but very worthwhile day. Phillip’s commentary was excellent as was his driving. Celina was also helpful and a pleasure to deal with in arranging our day. Thank you for a great day!

Ausflug nach Sintra, Cabo da Roca & Cascais: Transport war gut, unser Guide war zu allen Treffpunkten pünktlich. Die Vorträge von Fillipe während der Fahrt waren sehr monoton und die Informationen haben sich wiederholt. Unser Besuch im Pena Palast war etwas chaotisch, unser Guide hat uns erst kurz nach Beginn unseres Zeitfensters am Park aussteigen lassen, da auf der Zufahrtsstraße Stau war, dass sollte der Guide normalerweise wissen und miteinberechnen, dann mussten wir auf den Shuttlebus zum Palast warten, den uns unser Guide empfohlen hat, wodurch ein Teil unserer Gruppe oben dann nicht mehr in den Palast reingelassen wurde, da das Zeitfenster von 30 min schon vorbei war. Wir hatten Glück und sind gerade noch reingekommen, aber hier sollte besser geplant werden. Wir haben in unseren 2 Stunden in Sintra die Quinta da Regaleira besucht, die Zeit hat hierfür gerade ausgereicht, für Mittagessen bleibt dann leider keine Zeit mehr. Die Fotostopps am Cabo da Roca (20min) und am Boca do Inferno haben uns gut gefallen und haben zeitlich ausgereicht. Der Besuch in Cascais war mit 45min unserer Meinung nach zu kurz, hier wäre mehr Zeit schön. Zudem fand am nächsten Tag der Ironman statt wodurch eine Zufahrt nach Cascais gesperrt war, sodass wir wieder umdrehen und einen anderen Weg nehmen mussten, was uns ca 30min gekostet hat, wäre schön wenn sich der Guide über solche Sachen im Vorhinein informieren würde. Die Rundfahrt danach um das Casino Estoril war unnötig, das könnte man sich sparen. Zusammengefasst wir haben alles gesehen was wir sehen wollten, aber der Ausflug hat noch Potential nach oben.
