Good clothes shop.

It's a decent spot to grab your garments on the go ladies section is huge with different sub sections. They got very polite staff. I went on sale and it was worth buying from this place Huge variety of modern clothes in this branch.

My wife bought denim jacket from pull and beer colombo on 01/08/2023 for me and today when i try to wear it was not new and torn on sleeves. I instantly went to the store and show the jacket to manager and show the new jacket from the store to differentiate the quality. She refused to change the jacket. She was incharge of pull and beer Colombo store portugal. I gave denim jacket to the manager and back empty hands. I have complained on the reclamation book but it was not worth because the reclamation book was already full. I hope the pull and beer team will help me out. I was regular customer of pull and beer and i am very disappointed now. I have attached the photo of bill and complained i did. Hope to get response 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I forgot to give the contribuyente number, and they guy who give the bill of 115 euros did not feel like doing again the invoice with the contribuyente number. So sorry but that was not nice

Awful the staff was very arrogant and not helpful whatsoever. It took them 1h for them to give me my online order on the click and collect station and there was a line already of other 4 people waiting but still I guess that is more important to fold t-shirts than to go and give your costumers, that are waiting for 1h for their online order to be given. Everytime I asked about it they would just ignore me and keep on folding t-shirts. It was really unprofessional and spoke in a quite arrogant tone all together. Will not go or recomend this store ever again.

Highly disappointed with the latest experience in this shop, I’m a regular client and I’ve never experienced such thing. The staff was clearly not paying attention, chit chatting and mingling between themselves, the line at the till was humongous, I had to wait more than 25 min and call a staff member just to get things happening, while having to wait almost 10 more minutes. The staff is clearly unhappy or not interested in client satisfaction. I understand the struggle of working retail as I have done it in the past, but the store wasn’t full, there were more than enough staff members on the floor.
