Very pleasant and receptive team and space, with excellent instructors. I loved the Jiu-Jitsu class just for women with Professor Alexandra, everyone treated us well, and with the perfect mat as it was covered with canvas.

Amazing experience! Right from the start, the team embraces you as part of the group, encouraging everyone to evolve together. Master Xandinho and Susana's classes are great, my favorites are the functional fight that works the whole body and development in boxing and MMA.
