The staffs are very bad on the exchange counter. I bought Nike Revolution 5 from this shop on 26/9/2021. From the billing counter they told me " If you feel any problem you can change in 30 days" Normally always I were 40 EU size shoes. So I bought this size. At 27/9/2021 I were my shoe for 3-4 hours. I feel too much pain in my finger. I feel that it's impossible to wear anymore the shoe. Then I thought a size 41 could be perfect. Maybe problem in the shoe because I have another shoes all are size 40 I never feel any problem. Today 28 September, I went there to change my shoe. Because they have 30 days exchange policy. But, They refuse to change. They say " you walk with this shoe, so we can't change this" What a rubbish is they are.🤬🤬🤬 I have a question. "1. Am I bought this shoe to use in my bed under the blanket???? And 2. Why did you tell everyone, you can change in 30 days?????" Now I decide that I am not going to be use the shoe anymore. And I will never buy anything from SportsZone. I'll Tell my friend and family to never buy anything from a sports zone. Also the viewers, I recommend that don't believe them.

Please, do something with your service in Colombo. It's impossible to get a different size of the sneakers. I only found 2 employees, they were taking to each other and told me to wait. I waited for 5 minutes and left. Such a service is unacceptable!

One of the worst customer service i got from here first of all the stuffs of cashier are rude then when i went to return nike air max shoe after using it for one day they refused to hive it gave they told me i shorter size of this model is not available anymore and when I asked them for refund they refused and they told me i can return the problem in one month I tried to get another model of shoes but i was not permitted to do that too so next time when any one go there to buy something make sure again again that the product has no problem otherwise later they will just give a smile on your face nothing else

It is a good store with a lot of variety of sports shoes, sports wear and accessories. I liked the self service devices. Just select the item, scan the barcode on device, select the size or colour, enter your name and confirm the order and pay/collect it from the cash counter👍🏻.

The people who work there are so rude and agressive! I was beeing kind, but the girl at the cashier was sreeming at me, I called manager and this manager girl was even worse. I travel all over the world but never met such a rude stuff. I have shopped at many other shops in Colombo, buy only this one has rude people. I mean if you hate your job, why do You work there. Stop beeing agressive. Never again!

I was really disappointed by the staff working there.. Don't they have respect with the foreigner.. Today me and my friend as I especially recommend sportszone to my friend to buy a shoe and the staff was really annoying.. we want a pair I waited so long and ask one staff for other pair totally ignoring us.. went to another staff passed me to the other of his colleagues and One middle aged man who work there I asked him again he ignored us and running other side and waited so long behind him.. And I said excuse me please can I get a pair of this size he said I don't speak English.. I said okay I google translate few words and told him and he said if you are in portugal you should speak in Portuguese he speak that in English..We were like there today around 8:15-8:30 there and few moment later I realized that he was racist.. because The way he talk rudely ignoring us shows he don't want us there.. So sorry sport-zone next time we will learn Portuguese and come to buy shoes or if you really don't tourist to come to your shop just put a slogan only Portuguese no tourist.. Or learn Portuguese to buy shoes.. To all foreigner friend learn Portuguese before you go sportzone to buy shoes.. thanks

Went to shopping with friend.waited for 10 min to find someone for help.that middle aged guy was so rude from begaining.he started saying you are in portugal so speak portugese🙄🙄.oh come on not everyone here speaks portugese.he said i dont speak portugese in english lol.thats not the way of treating customers.dont know for him may be its like thiit happend between 8 pm to 8:30 tuesday.
