I
went
to
a
store
to
purchase
products
covered
by
a
campaign
that
said
"50%
discount
on
vouchers
for
purchases
in
a
physical
store".
I
made
the
purchase
and
received
the
voucher.
I
then
physically
went
to
the
store
again
and
asked
for
a
product
that
was
out
of
stock,
they
mentioned
that
there
was
no
problem
and
I
could
order
it
and
physically
pay
at
the
cashier,
then
physically
return
to
the
physical
store
to
pick
it
up.
But
I
couldn't
use
the
voucher.
Because
despite
being
physically
in
the
store,
physically
going
to
pay
at
the
store's
payment
terminal
and
collecting
the
product
in
the
store,
this
was
an
"online"
purchase.
Therefore,
a
purchase
that
involves
2
trips
to
a
physical
store,
payment
at
the
physical
store's
payment
terminals,
an
invoice
that
mentions
the
physical
store
and
at
no
time
involves
the
customer
contacting
a
website
or
anything
online
or
virtual
is
not
a
physical
purchase
.
The
voucher
was
spent
on
something
else,
it
was
the
first
visit
in
about
10
years
and
certainly
the
last.
I
have
nothing
to
do
with
this
complaint
other
than
to
prevent
others
from
buying
from
your
company
when
they
can
buy
from
other
places
with
better
conditions.
It's
not
even
a
case
of
fine
print
because
it
didn't
exist.
I
know
why
this
happened,
it's
about
mixing
stock
management
and
excel
issues
with
customer
service.
Customer
that
have
nothing
to
do
with
internal
issues.
