Very nice and clean studio. Renting a pole is 10€/hour. Power cable for phones and a JBL speaker can be used. Very friendly owner. See you next time :)

I was practicing pole on and off for about 1 year before I moved back to Portugal and found this studio. I can safely say I have never progressed so much as I did in the few months I have been training here. The vibe is fantastic, the community of incredibly strong and supportive women is something no other studio in Portugal can match. Awesome retreat with 4 great pole instructors. I’ve learned a lot of new things in just couple of days! Also met many new pole friends and we became a little family. We stayed in a hotel next to the pole studio and it was very comfortable to go to the trainings and back. We had a great training program and also visited the city and had photoshoots in most beautiful locations, even on a boat.
